House vacation rentals in Akyaka

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. the apartment itself had everything you need and better than expected. private pool was a real treat in the morning, and having the flexibility to use the shared pool later on in the afternoon was a bonus (I imagine it would get sun all day in summer but in October it was a real treat). location is perfect, 10 min walk from old and new town. so many fantastic restaurants and bars in walking distances. we loved walking to the beach for a sunset drink, also just 10 mins away. Kallia was the perfect host, always instantly responding to questions and provided some unexpected kind gestures throughout. we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and were sad to leave!

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

Nevzat Bey, konaklama süresi boyunca son derece ilgili ve nazikti. Misafirlerin ihtiyaç duyabileceği her detay önceden düşünülmüş, ilanda belirtilen tüm imkanlar eksiksiz bir şekilde mevcuttu. Konut hem çok temiz hem de son derece konforlu ve kullanışlıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Gösterdiği özen ve misafirperverlik için kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Ailecek otel konforunda bir konaklama geçirdik. Çamaşır-bulaşık deterjanı, sabun, şampuan, rulo havlu, tuvalet kağıdı, havlular vs otelde olması gereken her şey vardı. Hatta 5 litrelik su bile konulmuştu. Sürekli bir ihtiyacımız var mı soruldu. Yerel tavsiyelerde yardımcı olundu. Evin konumu harikaydı. Mahremiyet açısından biraz dikkatli olunması gerekli, görünen noktalar mevcut, ama havuz kısmın da herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Dış kapıyı sürekli el ile açıp kapatmak çok yorucuydu, kumandalı olması güzel olurdu. Otopark girişi de sıkıntılıydı, eğim hem çok yüksekti hem de dengesizdi, arabayı baya zorladı. Arabayı park ettikten sonra da biraz merdiven mesafesi vardı ama bavulları çıkarmada yardımcı olundu. Evin yolununda ufak bir kısmı sıkıntılıydı ama tolere edilebilir. Özetle temizlik,olanaklar,manzara ve iletişim çok tatminkardı fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Bu yüzden diğer olumsuz durumları gözardı edebiliriz. Ev sahibi Poyraz Bey de çok tatlı bir insan, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

huzur dolu bir villa deneyimi yaşadık,her şey çok güzeldi,sorun yaşamadık.Çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık.Sadece tek bir tavsiyem olacak,bahçedeki masa ve sandalyeler uzun süreli oturmak için uygun değil bu konuda birşeyler düşünülebilir ,en azından sandalyelere minder şeklinde bir çözüm getirilebilir,bi z bu konuda rahatsızlık yaşadık.

Dışarısı sıcak olsa da evin her üç bölümünde klimanın olması da güzel... Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Sıcak bir karşılamayla oldukça şık ve tertemiz bir eve giriş yaptık. Evin içerisi kadar bahçesinde oldukça şık, ve kullanışlıydı.Zeytin ağaçları içinde havuzunuzda yüzdükten sonra hamak keyfi yapmak hiçte fena değildi 😊Ev içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut. Konum olarak Fethiye ve Ölüdeniz kıyılarına aracınızla 15 20dk içerisinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Gönül rahatlığıyla rezervasyonunuzu yapıp rahat bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die statt ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und viele verschiedene Strände können gut mit dem Auto besucht werden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Saliha Hanım konaklama sürecim boyunca çok yardımcı oldu. Evdeki her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev son derece nezih ve güvenilir bir semtte yer alıyor. Ev ulaşım olarak çok rahat bir bölgede yer alıyor. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir ev ve lokasyon. Ev sahibim Saliha Hanım’a yardımseverliği ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Wij vonden het een hele leuke accomodatie een oase midden in de stad. Vooral de binnenplaats had echt een woww factor. De accomodatie zelf is niet groot, maar dat staat duidelijk aangegeven en stoorde ons niet. Er was van alles aanwezig, allemaal lekkernijen die we konden eten en zelfs een lekkere fles wijn waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Katarina & Periklis zijn geweldig vriendelijke mensen die zich onzichtbaar hadden opgesteld. Dank jullie wel!

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The location is perfect, beautiful restaurants within 2 minutes walk away, lots of different beaches located 5/10 minutes walk. Rhodes Old town is a short distance away. The airbnb itself is in a very quiet location which was perfect and it had everything you could need. Friendly hosts… I highly recommend and would stay again

We spent October in Aysigul and Frederick’s wonderful home. Aysigul is an attentive host who helped us with everything, offering detailed answers to all our questions. She and her husband showed us the local farmers’ market and the best grocery stores nearby. They also helped with drinking water and even took us to Marmaris on our last day. The house has everything you need to feel at home – all cookware, appliances, and a cozy atmosphere, both inside and out. It’s eco-friendly, with wooden windows, shutters, and mosquito nets. The only downsides were a weak internet connection in some rooms and early sunsets in October. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding – warm but not too hot, with fresh pine-scented air. Our neighbors were locals living their everyday lives, tending livestock and harvesting olives. We highly recommend this home for a peaceful stay near Marmaris. Grocery stores are within walking distance, and a bus runs regularly to Marmaris. Thank you for your hospitality!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Denizhan arranged a pick up from the airport for us and the driver kindly stopped at Migros so we could stock up on supplies. The location is stunning, right on the river and it’s very easy to relax and watch the boats go past. The public boat will pick you up from the private jetty when you want to visit the beach. Dalyan is very easy to access on the boat ferry , which is just nearby and it runs until 2300 hrs. We were given free eggs by the family who live in the same grounds There are 2 beautiful dogs in the grounds but if you don’t like dogs don’t let that put you off as the family will keep them away if you don’t want them around. However we loved them. The area is full of chickens, goats, donkeys, sheep. It’s really lovely and we would visit again.

We had the absolute good fortune to spend 4 nights at Verolucy’s apartment in the Old Town of Rhodes. It truly is an Oasis to return to after a day of sightseeing. The beautiful garden with sun loungers, hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered dining area is a welcome retreat, located on a quiet laneway. All the sights and restaurants were just a short walk away, and we had absolute tranquility and peace at the property. The nearest gate is the St. John’s Gate a mere 100-200 meters walk away. Verolucy was an amazing host from the first communication to the last. She was so helpful with information and arranged for us a private transfer from the airport. She also helped to secure for us a guide last minute in Old Town Rhodes. The property itself is lovely. A real bonus is the covered outdoor dining area. The apartment is decorated in a modern style with a comfortable bed and sofa. Verolucy has thought of all a travellers needs. Do not hesitate to book! It’s a rare find and was perfect!

Όμορφος χώρος με ένα πανέμορφο τζάκι και βεράντα με θέα. Όλο το σπίτι καθαρό και περιποιημένο και η Μαρία ευχάριστη και εξυπηρετική. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχη και το πάρκινγ στο χώρο το εκτίμησα πολύ. Θα το προτιμήσω σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στη Ρόδο, ευχαριστώ Μαρία.

Stayed for one week and was verry Happy with the House. Big outside space with some nice Lights so you can sit as Long AS you want to. Enougth room for 1-2 people and realy nice bathroom. Besides that the host and His Family are realy friendly and Always there to Help. Can only recommend. Enjoyed my stay.

The property is situated in a quiet corner of the Old Town yet it’s less than 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. It is well equipped and immaculately clean.

The location is very beautiful and clean, the supermarket is just around the corner. The host is very kind and helpful, he had prepared things for us for when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Dank Maria en Phivos voor de fijne tijd, die we hebben doorgebracht in jullie bijzondere vakantiehuis. De architectuur en persoonlijke stijl waarderen wij zeer. Na aankomst op Symi heeft Ian ons goed wegwijs gemaakt en verteld over het boeiende eiland verleden. Favoriet was voor ons het ontbijten bij zonsopkomst op het dakterras en relaxen in de patio. Ons uitgangspunt was zoveel mogelijk te voet ontdekken. En elke dag werden wij opnieuw verrast. Leuke bijkomstigheid was dat wij ons steeds energieker voelden en helemaal niet meer tegen het klimmen naar boven opzagen. Vaak even gestopt bij levendige Lefteris om drankje te drinken. Intens genoten van de prachtige baaitjes van Symi. Onze favoriete baai was toch Nicolas Bay. Onze boodschappen deden wij bij de supermarkt, vlakbij Zoe. Aanteraden is het drinkwater van hen bij het huis te laten bezorgen. Fantastisch gegeten bij Agora. De gerechten daar zijn zeer verfijnd en orgineel, Michelin ster waardig. Kortom enorm genoten van Symi!

Our stay in Symi was outstanding, the house surpassed the description on Airbnb and from the moment we entered the property and walked through the courtyard entrance we were overjoyed. Comfortable beds, super clean house and goodies in the fridge plus water provided on our arrival. The balcony was our high point and we spent hours between us just admiring the beautiful view and watching the sunrise. We only wish we had stayed longer, thank you for a beautiful experience.
