There is an XXL jacuzzi in our carefully prepared apartment. There are 2 58-inch (147ekran) smart TVs in the living room and the bed facing the jacuzzi. Our rooftop suite is designed with a living room, bed, jacuzzi and island kitchen interdependent. There is no room compartment, etc. We have a kitchen where you can cook and a fireplace where you can cook on our terrace with a glass balcony on the outside. The building was built in 2022. All the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located in the most peaceful area of Marmaris. There is a private oak forest, hiking trail, river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach, Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris, Cleopatra Island (boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. As the İztuzu Beach is protected by national and international laws, all houses in the region are located away from the nature and loggerhead turtle hatching zone. A 15 minute drive will take you to the beach. The closest shopping location is 1 km away.

In nature. Close to Dalyan. A house with a private garden and a private pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Our 75 square meter house has air conditioning in every room. We have a sun terrace, deck chairs and a table for you to eat in the garden. There is internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher... It is a clean, well-maintained house and has been in operation this year. There is free parking.
