Playacar’s world famous beaches are 150 yards away. 5th Avenue’s restaurants, bars and shops are a fifteen minute walk. Coatí beach house It’s decorated with local art craft. Close to nature so you can relax and enjoy, private beach access is within 3 minutes walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden or on a hammock. You can watch endemic species inside the area, enjoy stars at night and long walks on the beach. It’s a perfect get away from the city. The house has AC in all our rooms, Wifi, hot water and 2 smart TVs. The small neighborhood is close to downtown without the noise from the city.

Fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom w/ private terrace facing the sea, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge area facing the sea with games and TV, pool with sunbeds and bbq, direct access to the beach. Daniel and I are Tourism Hospitality professionals (own Small hotel and restaurants) and we want you to enjoy our own house to live an incredible experience!
