The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.
