We loved our time here, a great base and a superb location! Very clear and easy to follow instructions for check in / out.

We had a lovely time at Lynette & Ken’s house. We had all the privacy one could want and Lynette & Ken were quick with their communications and really helpful. They are lovely helpful people who made a real effort to connect if we reached out. The bed was SO comfortable, with nice sheets and good pillows. The bathroom is top spec, better than 5 star motels in the quality of materials. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was easy to use. We appreciated all the local area recommendations. Fantastic generous hosts, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Lynette and Ken!

Absolutely one of the best airbnbs unfortunately our flight was cancelled and we lost one night as it's such a beautiful location.

We have stayed with Ann-Marie several times now and as usual it was excellent. it has everything we need, it is warm and comfortable and Ann-Marie and Russell are great hosts.

Tracey’s place was wonderfull, walking distance (or lime scooter) to everything you need, the place was perfectly appointed with lift right next to front door. Would 100% stay again.

When we needed accommodation last minute due to changing plans we really didn't want to spend a lot of money and Hazel and Trevor's place seemed like such good value and it really was. Spacious, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood and some lovely extras included. We really had everything we could have needed and were very comfortable. I would 100% stay again.

We loved our stay at Geoff's place. Location and parking was convenient. Wifi was excellent, and there was good water pressure in the shower. It is a very clean, comfortable and well-laid-out apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom supplies were well thought out. Geoff is a helpful, warm and friendly host who welcomed us with fruit cake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location right opposite the beach, but the icing on the cake was all the thoughtful touches and the attention to detail…..All those little things you need… she had thought of them all. Logan’s place is a quiet gem in the city. Extra small touches such as coffee vouchers for the close by Monks cafe add value to a great stay. This the second time we have stayed here and will certainly return again. The black out blinds in the bedroom ensured a dark room and restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Layout is great and the place always clean and tidy. Street parking can be a challenge but we always find a park in the end that’s not too far away.

This apartment was in a terrific location for exploring Christchurch. It was easy walking distance to all of the downtown area. I liked that it was right next to the river so I could walk along it on the first part of my journey to most of the places I wanted to go. The botanical gardens are quite nearby and are a very relaxing place for a stroll in the afternoon. The apartment was nicely decorated and neat, with everything I needed for a 10-day stay. It was great to have a parking space downstairs. This spot is highly recommended and I hope to stay here again when I come back to Christchurch for work trips.

This apartment is charming, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. It provides a homely atmosphere that we truly appreciate. We adore this place and will certainly return. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was even more lovely than it looked in the photos, it was in a prime location and so clean and comfy. We loved the quirky little touches with the art, the instructions were clear, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The plant were amazing, and the view was so good! It made our wedding week so special and we look forward to coming back in the future.

What a beautiful place to spend a couple of nights, it was so warm and cozy, I was worried it might be a little cold but it wasn’t at all! The bed linen was very nice too! Had everything you could need for a couple of night stay. Would definitely come back and stay again 😊

I had a very short but enjoyable stay. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to the city and airport which was why i chose it.

Perfect location if you want to walk to stores or restaurant instead of driving. House was better than expected in terms of design and vintage look. Checking in is hard initially but I would ask for instructions beforehand and then park at the front of the Heritage if you’re coming by car, then drop the bags and park the car. Parking is very tightly spaced so be aware if you’re coming with a van. On the left side of the main entrance, there is street parking and a parking garage that you can pay for.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful place. Away from the city life but still convenient when you need it

This is a great place to base yourself when staying in Christchurch. So central but lovely quiet apartment. Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommend.
