Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

Shai is truly a super host. She made sure we felt right at home, checked in on us a few times and even provided cleaning material and laundry detergents. The house was spotless and well maintained! She truly thought out of the entire experience and provided home like comfort. She is very responsive and responsible and very delightful to deal with.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

The apartment has new furniture, clean and quiet, and the host is quick to communicate and help at any time.. and it is close to services such as restaurants, groceries, and Laundry.. and it has a balcony with a beautiful view... and it is easy to exit and enter the apartment, and there is a private parking for a car. . The host is very ethical and quick to communicate. This apartment will be my first choice on my next visit to Ajman.. Thank you Reem for everything...

Really cozy stay one of the best in the area , perfect if you’re traveling without kids , located near everything you might need and last but not least amazing host very helpful and friendly

we had a great stay fir 5 days, we were 3 small families with kids, it was perfect. the host was very helpful and even gave us a very early check-in that no one usually accepts, around 6:00 am. the place it self is very big and looks very new, bigger than expected, 3 huge master rooms, and a very nice lounge and a kitchen. also you have a parking spot in the building very convenient. we will book again for sure, thank you very much for the great stay

The place was perfect for my 2 week stay with my family. The host, Youssef, was always on site and was very responsive and accomodated all of our requests and needs such as new towels and etc. The location is incredible, 2 min walk to the beach, grocery right in the building and lots of cheap food options around. Also has plenty of parking in case you're driving. Overall 100% worth the money and I would definitely visit again.

المكان رهيب بصراحة! وسيع ونظيف، وموقعه خرافي عالبحر على طول. الغروب هناك شي خيالي، وMoner والله ما قصر، سريع بالرد وخدوم لأبعد حد. أنصح فيه وبقوة، ولو رجعت للمنطقة أكيد بحجزه من جديد.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Monsieur Rayhan était très réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. L'ambiance était chaleureuse, et j'ai particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée et sa vue magnifique. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n'hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain séjour dans la région !

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Lovella’s place was very nice: private, easy to get to, and surrounded by all things you need during your stay, lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and there’s a park you can walk by. Lovella and Alex’s attention was great, they were flexible with the check in time, I could work from their place without any sort of issue as well. I loved the kitties, they’re gorgeous!

Un séjour au top et en grande partie grâce au logement de Daniela, je le recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Rien à dire, mis à part que c’était parfait, de retour sur dubai nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez vous. 🥰

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. No flaws, even if you try to find it. irina, very responsive & a good human being to deal with... my best wishes to her for her better future

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
