Very well arranged and well thought out apartment, perfect location at the foot of the slopes, with ski storage right next door. Small plus for the dishwasher and complete dishes for 6 with enough to cook on site. Very nice view from the balcony Remember to bring an extension cord/power strip because there aren't many sockets in the apartment. Very convenient underground garage

Superb accommodation, small but perfectly furnished and very clean. It is literally 2 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, the location is perfect. And Philippe is unfailingly available and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

As soon as we arrived I realized that we would have serious problems, everything was perfect, impeccable, Florence is super welcoming, the apartment is super well located, bus stop 5 minutes away, swimming pool next door, lake 5 minutes away, restaurants and a small market for quick shopping. My family and I spent a month of peace and quiet, even the breakfast fruits were shared with the birds that came to eat on the balcony, everything was wonderful. And of course, as I predicted, on the day of our departure, we had big problems because none of us wanted to go home (Germany), but unfortunately it was necessary, even the tears flowed when we closed the door and handed over the keys. We will definitely return, I hope to come back soon!

Very well equipped accommodation. Comfortable bedding. Great location for spa guests. In April the atmosphere was quiet in the building. However, the exposure is such that the sun did not reach the balcony.

Clean and pleasant accommodation 2 steps from the train station and quiet despite this proximity. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, great location. The elevator is very convenient for going up and down with luggage. Thank you Christelle for your availability

We spent five days at Damien's apartment. He was very responsive by message, flexible and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, well-equipped and well-decorated. We were not disappointed, on the contrary. Access to the pool was very nice, we were able to enjoy it. Beautiful 5 bedroom house including 1 master suite. The secure pool was a plus for our choice because we had 4 children during the stay. Beautiful setting, Walibi Rhône Alpes visible from the garden with magnificent mountain views. The small "minus" I would say is that there is no shutter on the bay window on the terrace side because the sun shines on this side all day and therefore warms the living room. We were 4 adults and 4 children (10, 8, 7 and 2 1/2 years old) and the stay went very well.

The place is beautiful and so peaceful ,located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by fields it is an ideal place to refocus and recharge The weather being on our side , we were able to take advantage of the terrace in the sun to do our yoga sessions with a view of nature. We enjoyed the relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam; the materials and decor were tastefully chosen and encouraged to relax Our place was cozy and comfortable We also liked to have space to park our vehicles in a enclosure secured by a gate The Welcome was very pleasant We were unable to meet Chantal but nevertheless the message communication was very good and she had programmed our welcome by a third person we will definitely retain this address for a future yoga stay, relaxation

Beautiful and spacious loft with all the needed equipments and facilities for a comfortable stay. The heated indoor pool is a fantastic asset which makes the accommodation unique. The loft is at walking distance to a few shops for the day-to-day essentials and the beach of Sevrier, which offers a few restaurants and a small playground. Other restaurants, activities and supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car or bike. The hosts are very responsive, great communication overall!

Sandrine and Nicolas are welcoming hosts. We spent one week with three couples and two children in this spacious and pleasant house. Optimized organization thanks to 2 shower rooms/toilet. The area is beautiful, we did not enjoy the garden, but the surrounding lakes. Breakfast and dinner in the terrace at the top facing the Chartreuse massif. Thank you Francoise for hosting us. Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26
