We had a great night at Emmanuelle's. The accommodation is even better than in the photos with a very nice terrace on sunny days. Very clean accommodation and in an extremely good location in the old town. I recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure on our next visit.

The accommodation is top notch! It has everything you need like at home. The view is nice and the location is perfect for walking, shopping, eating or getting some air. It is true that the sofa tends to sag but apparently it will be changed. Host is very responsive. Good value for money.

The listing is as described. It is really well furnished in terms of furniture, utensils, water room and tastefully decorated. Small residence upstream from the city center but easily accessible on foot. Perfect for a family of 3 to 4 people. Hosts are really very responsive and always provide good advice to guide their guests.

I had a wonderful stay in this quiet apartment with clean decor and incredible views of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The photos are true to life and even more so with the peaceful vibe of the place. Thanks to Eliott for his availability, responsiveness and kindness.

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!

Excellent stay in this very clean apartment upon arrival. Sylviane is a very welcoming, friendly and accommodating person. The contact is simple, courteous. I would highly recommend it. I had a great time at Victor's, the apartment is new and very well-equipped, quiet, with the main services very close, within walking distance. The photos perfectly match the accommodation, the terrace is even larger than in the photo. Victor is very responsive and clear in his communication and explanations. I would definitely go back to spend another stay at his place, there are plenty of hikes to do within a close radius.

Excellent welcome, Pierre is a very caring and considerate host. From the arrival where he patiently waits at a given point (found quickly thanks to his directions), to help access the accommodation (including luggage help at the time) to departure, remaining available during the stay if needed. Apartment fully matches the description, clean, tidy and warm. Ideally located close to ski slopes (shuttles available for more) and shops. Sincerely recommend. Thanks again for everything.

We had a great holiday. The apartment had everything we could need, it was lovely and clean. Having the supermarket close by was great and its a short walk to the old town. It was difficult to find parking nearby during the bank holiday and at weekends.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy and cute! Extremely well placed! Everything is nearby, especially when you're on foot! Clean and welcoming. Impeccable communication! Watch your head when sleeping upstairs, the space is really tight but overall an excellent stay.

Nice apartment with all the required amenities, and a good view across the valley. Good access to the ski lifts and a short bus ride/30 minute walk to town (note that last bus back was about 19:30). Philippe was a responsive and accommodating host. Beware that the stairs are very steep.

The view from the terrace features a well-maintained garden with lush greenery, including bushes and trees. A small gate is visible in the background, leading to more outdoor space. The tiled terrace area provides a serene spot to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Really spotless stay! We had come to spend 3 days in Aix les Bains for Easter weekend, and it was really wonderful. The apartment is impeccable, quiet, and has everything you need: towels, household products, spices, coffee machine... There is even a small bottle of orange juice waiting for us in the fridge:) Virginia is very friendly, she allowed us to enter the apartment before 2 p.m. and made sure everything went smoothly, even if the welcome was not physical. We had a great time at Gregory and Aneta's. The accommodation is impeccable, as described, very clean, well-equipped and very functional. The accommodation is very well located for a stay on Lake Annecy, close to the lake and the village of Menthon. There's even a bus stop at the bottom of the residence.
