Townhome vacation rentals in Aix-les-Bains

My husband and I and our two teenagers really enjoyed our stay at Francoise’s place. It is a delightful, spacious home, which is more charming than the photographs suggest. Francoise was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We had a few requests which she was very quick to fulfil for us.

Very nice and very well-equipped house, allowing you to be comfortable even for 8 people. With a chicken coop and a cat offering friendly animation. The environment is peaceful. The only downside is that the distances to the lake indicated in the listing are a little undervalued. It takes 20 minutes to walk into the old town and a 45-minute walk to reach the Imperial Beach. The bus station is on the other hand, very close and makes it possible to shorten travel times (bus every 1/4 hour in summer allowing you to be at the beach in 30 minutes door to door).

We had a pleasant stay in Lionel's accommodation. Lionel was very available throughout the stay. The house was clean and contains everything you need and even a little more especially for a family with a baby . The pool is a big plus during hot weather. It's just a little hard to park on the street which is two-way on a single lane and few spots available . We recommend this place to stay for family!

Charming little house very close to the lake and a 2.5 km walk from the city center of Annecy along the lake. Spacious and bright living room. Very pleasant little garden. Two bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom accessible in one of the bedrooms. Great for the family. We'll be back:)

Very good hospitality, responsiveness but also discretion on the part of our hostess. Old house, a few refurbished rooms including a modern bathroom; all clean. Very pleasant place, large wooded grounds, with the presence of two ponies whose enclosure is maintained every day guaranteeing optimal comfort - no inconvenience -, at the entrance to Annecy. Shops accessible on foot. Correct price. I would highly recommend!

As always, my stay at Michel's La Galerie Privée was wonderful from start to finish. This is now officially my home away from home, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Michel is a very responsive and considerate host, and the apartment is always pristine. A dream of a stay -- do not sleep on the seasonal, homemade preserves!

The listing is really true to photos and description. It is spacious, modern, the bedding is very good, the spa bath and sauna are a real plus. The village of Cerdon is very charming and the geographical location of the cottage is ideal, by the river it is really bucolic. We had a pleasant stay and we can only recommend it.

Beautiful comfortable and very well-equipped house. The views from the living room and bedrooms are incredible. Communication with Victor was perfect from start to finish. Just note the immediate proximity of the departmental road that runs along the lake, which can be a little annoying in the early morning if you are very sensitive to noise, but this was specified in the listing from the start (and the departmental road passes very often near the lake anyway).

Elvis is a very pleasant person. We communicated well. The accommodation was great despite the fact that we arrived during a period of construction (we had been warned). If improvements were needed, it would be that there is only one bathroom and more comfortable bedding.

The accommodation offered by this host is a real cocoon, the decor is modern, with comfortable bedding, the most is of course the air conditioning for summer, but also the private patio that allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend this property, Julie is an owner who is responsive and attentive to these guests.

We are fully satisfied with our stay: the house is beautiful and spacious, very well located, it has private parking, the vegetable garden is large and pleasant, the amenities are numerous (bikes, ping pong table, barbecue, children's playroom, TV bouquets, etc.), many tour guides are available, the hosts are reachable in case of need, very responsive and welcoming. In addition, Aix-les-Bains and its surroundings offer many activities, walking or boat rides, hikes and visits for families. The lakes are plentiful, clean and refreshing.

Felt very welcome and loved the dog! Even though Isabelle had to work, she made sure her son was there, and they really looked after me. Lovely to have coffee in the morning, beautiful garden. It was approx 40 walk to the Bonlieu for the Festival, it was sunny so I didn’t try the bus. Isabelle was very flexible with regard to check in and leaving my luggage after check out - thank you for everything!

Very clean, functional apartment. Soundproofed rooms, separate from each other and from the common room. A very positive point is the floor that separates the night side from the bottom.

Miriam is a very pleasant and responsive person who knows how to host and who also has very good advice. The setting is very relaxing and rejuvenating with a great view. The accommodation is really well equipped and very clean, what more can I add except that I had a very pleasant stay in this place. You have beautiful hikes and tours to do around Souclin (waterfalls, lakes, caves etc.). Thank you so much for hosting us and kindness.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfy, great place to spend holidays with kids - they were happy to have a dedicated play room with plenty of toys and even costumes while the adults appreciated the quiet time on the deck. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Romain contacted us in advance asking if we had any specific needs, offered us beach towels on top of bath ones. On arrival he showed us the house explaining everything, gave us information about what to do in the area, covering all the possible questions, so we had nothing left to ask. Would definitely come back!
