Cathy is a very welcoming and discreet host, you know you can count on her when needed, it's very nice. The place is very peaceful, a corner of greenery in a big city, an authentic house and you can park the car in the yard. The street is very quiet. The house is not far from the city center, you can walk there. 100% satisfaction.

An amazingly spacious apartment with lots of antiques. It is an interesting building with centuries of history and close to the coliseum. Marie-Laurie was exceptionally gracious and we very much appreciated having a place to park our car in her garage during the very busy Roman festival. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hosts like Bouameur are the reason why we choose Airbnb: for the local vibe and interacting with the true locals. Staying there feels like going back to your childhood home, with all the amenities/ tools/ toys/ books that a typical family owns, very special and personal. Bouameur built the house himself, and we could totally feel the love and pride that exist here. My kids loved it so much that they refused to leave the next day. He also provided a wide variety of light snacks and drinks, a kind gesture that we haven't encountered at any other Airbnbs. The kids enjoyed making their own sandwiches using the cute untensils. Thank you for the hospitality and generosity!

Loved it! The host, Olivier, and his wife were highly attentive and friendly. They really made us feel like pampered guests, welcoming us into their home and taking time to talk to us about Montpellier and the surrounding region. The property was clean and comfy for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old son. When we were there in April 2025, the city was installing a tram on nearby Rue Clemenceau, which means that getting into the center will be lightning fast when it's done. Even without the tram, though, it's a short (maybe 10-minutes?) and lovely walk to the heart of town. A playground nearby (just off Rue Clemenceau) was perfect for my son; the house's private grounds were also nice for him to play in. A large supermarket and other retail are on Rue Clemenceau -- a 2- or 3-minute walk. Absolutely no complaints! Tip: The plage de l'espiguette is a huge and scenic sandy (not stony!) beach that's about a 35-minute drive from Olivier's house. Thank you, Olivier!

We stayed 2 nights in the beautiful Maison Salamandre of Agathe and Pierre and everything was perfect! The rooms are much larger than in the photos and the house has everything you need for a great stay! Agathe and Pierre were proactive and very flexible throughout our stay! In short, we'll be back with pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Clean, comfortable , stylish, I'm right for those who wrote "one of the best homes on airbnb". Clear communication, quick and after hours of travel we really appreciated the set table, thank you! Perfect garage, the place and Rodrigue are a space above our previous listings! You can feel the welcome in everything! We'll definitely be back the first time we've come by!

Everything we wanted: a small, clean and modern home, complete amenities and small patio with outdoor table; quiet neighborhood without parking problems; small shops and local services not far away, and the historic and tourist center just a few minutes away. Finally, with a pleasant and responsive owner if needed.

The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. It's a little smaller and darker in the living area downstairs than it seems on the photos. Fontvielle is a quite lively village with life, restaurants and even a movie theater. You can easily reach many destinations in the area. Thank you for the friendly, easily accessible host, who was not on site. He provides coffee pods, delicious olive oil, and spices.

A beautiful home to stay in and very well catered for. There were lovely addtional touches in the home from breakfast to toys, cot, change table and books available for the children. A very queit and peaceful town very close to Sommieres which is worth a visit especially on a market day. A trip to Nimes is also very close by and nice. There are two playparks in the village which are good for children, a petanque court and local bar for the adults. Nice and relaxing home overall which everything you would need to switch off relax and enjoy your time there at any time of the year. The split levels and number of rooms make it well catered for big families or people sharing for privacy.

Very good stay at Mathieu's, very quiet accommodation in the cute center of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone.

Frédéric was super welcoming and proactive! We needed to extend our stay on short notice and he was very accommodating. Ines — the next door neighbour who checked us in and out, was also lovely and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely come back!
