With character stone wall it is in the center of a typical small village, at walking distance from the cafés and boulangerie, it has a privileged location with off street parking and a large garden. Families will enjoy refreshing in the 3mX2m pool, which is safe for young children. It has a BBQ and plancha area, and a vegetable garden you are welcome to pick from. The house is south facing overlooking the beautiful garden with large trees.

Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

It is located close to shops, bakeries, grocery stores, butchers, bars, restaurants, etc. The farmhouse, with an area of more than 350 m2, is adjacent to a large courtyard where the large swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m) is located in a lush garden that is not overlooked and shaded. It's a great place to recharge your batteries, come with family, friends, co-working.

It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
