Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Great stay! Annick and her husband were lovely, very welcoming and full of good tips for discovering the region. The studio is ideally located, right on the marina, which offers a superb and very convenient setting. It is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, with quality furniture that makes the stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

Why can't we give 6 stars? Everything was perfect and we loved these two super relaxing days. The village is beautiful. Small fishing port on the Bassin de Thau, so delicious. The accommodation is in a good location, wonderfully decorated and cozy. Christian is a lovely and thoughtful host! We'd love to go back soon! Don't hesitate, friends!!

Having rented Martine's apartment for a month and a half, I had a very pleasant stay. You get attached to the apartment very easily. Several parking spaces available in front of the building and visible from the apartment, quiet and peaceful, clean and functional, it has everything for a pleasant stay. In addition, Martine is a great host, available and reachable throughout the stay to check in and make sure nothing is missing. I was able to get clean linens in the middle of the stay when necessary. I also had 2 bottles of cold water as soon as I arrived, which is always nice. Bright 2-room Ponant lakefront on the land side

We stayed 5 weeks at Nicolas's, in low season, and enjoyed our stay. Its accommodation has an ideal location to enjoy a quiet environment (the Ponant), while remaining close to all services/restaurants, downtown and the beach (20 mins walk). The accommodation had everything you needed, even if it's actually a little smaller than it looks in the photos, especially the bedroom where you can't walk around the bed. Parking is available without a reservation, and it is suggested to arrive early to find a spot. The private garage parking, included in the accommodation, was too small for our Passat. So we couldn't take advantage of it. Neighbors can be quite noisy sometimes. We had some problems with the washing machine and a flood due to a bad connection in the dishwasher. Nicolas was responsive and quickly provided solutions to problems.

The accommodation, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) was very good, clean and warm. The little extras are the terraces. The views are great. There is also private parking that allows you to leave your vehicle parked without any problems. Arnaud was a very responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.
