No complaints, the listing is completely accurate, clean, bright accommodation, in the city center but quiet. Ideal for traveling with grandparents and children (6 travelers and 2 dogs). The kitchen is already well stocked: salt, oil, pepper, vinegar etc... games and books. Very nice stay.

The little touches (welcome kit, instruction booklet and recommendations, fragrance, set up, decoration) are very pleasant. The equipment and bedding are of good quality. Definitely recommended.

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. We enjoyed its quiet location, the beach was very close, Berenice's precise explanations for our arrival. Our night was peaceful thanks to quality bedding. We'll be back for a longer stay!!

Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

Ideal for this short trip to All Saints' Day, with our two children. The location is impeccable, the accommodation matches what is promised, the hospitality is flawless. Private parking is a definite advantage. Florence is very nice and attentive. We thank her again.

A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us and for our various exchanges during the stay. The apartment has direct access to the beach which is very nice. It is in a quiet area and not too far from the port of Carnon where we were able to eat. Christophe's grocery store is just steps from the house with a large selection. We were offered a special touch for our arrival: very much appreciated...

We stayed at Carin's place for a week with our two children. This is very clean and beautiful, and you can find everything you need in the apartment . The apartment has views of the pool and is 50 meters from the beach. Great location and very quiet. I can only recommend it and we would love to come back. The city and surroundings are very nice and the children loved it.

We loved the house and its location - the beach is not far away and the very picturesque canal is just round the corner. The house is very well kitted out for families with children - lots of toys,games and books are provided, and there's plenty of space. My only negative comment is that there were a lot of planks propped up in front of the keysafe, so if my son-in-law had not been able to crawl behind them to get the keys, I would not have been able to get down there and get into the house (I am an arthritic pensioner!) However, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent Agathe's house again.

Very nice apartment with lovely harbor views, great bedding and perfect appliances, everything is there. Close to everything , beaches, shops and activities, allowing a very good stay with the family. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Hervé's place. The apartment is great, clean (thank you Mrs. Bila... for your welcome too😊), tidy and well-appointed. The sea and the pool are 2 steps away, it's perfect and very convenient when you have children! The apartment is well equipped and offers a beautiful view on both sides. Hervé even left us umbrellas and deckchairs for the beach👍. Thanks for a great vacation! See you soon.

An apartment enjoying a great location in a quiet residence with garden views. We enjoyed everything without moving the car from the garage. Arriving at night thanks to Cathy's very clear explanations we had no problem finding and retrieving the keys. The bedding was comfortable and the apartment clean we will rent again if we have to return to Le Grau du Roi without hesitation.

Marc and his wife were very welcoming, available, with nice little touches for my daughter. We had a great time, the accommodation is in a great location, we did almost everything on foot. Great welcome with local wine bottle, small house 20m from the beach, clean, very comfortable master bedroom queen bed, very nice terrace.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

We had a dream week with our 2 children, small jacks at the foot of the accommodation, beautiful place. We'll be back very often.

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

Enjoyed the area in the south of France for 2 weeks. Stay in a pleasant home with a very nice view from the backyard (sometimes the Flamingos nearby). House has lovely covered terrace with beautiful views.

Very nice apartment! An incredible view: the sea, the pine trees and the iconic buildings of the great motte under the eyes on the high floor. The apartment is very clean, very well-equipped, very pleasant to stay in. Bright (obviously😅) and quiet. If we come back to the big motte, we will come back to this apartment!
