Former bulk carrier ship, from 1962, carrying cereals, the Péniche La Belle Aimée is now our place of residence all year round. It is also a reflection of the choice of an original lifestyle, turned towards nature, while enjoying the benefits of the city. Quiet, very sunny and air-conditioned, it offers a very nice unobstructed view of Place de la Viguerie and the Chapelle des Pénitents Gris.

Apartment located in private residence, with parking space. Amenities: washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, sheets and towels provided and a sofa bed. Equipped with an air conditioning as well as a balcony. The vistre is on the edge of the residence and the apartment is located 5 minutes from the ramparts. After experiencing some problems with pets we decided to refuse them.
