On the grounds of a 18th century villa, you will find our beautifully renovated holiday house. Once home to the coachman, it is now opening its doors to welcome you, your family and friends for a quiet get-away. Located between a historic fortress and the medival old town of Königsberg, it is the perfect place to relax, discover the surrounding hiking trails, and offer you a home away from home. Please note that the second bedroom (2 twin beds) is a walk-through room to the master bedroom.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60 m² apartment in the annex. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hikes or bike rides. Bed linen and towels are included with us. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbps is also available free of charge. The access data are available in the apartment. Located directly on the slopes of the Haßberge, in the middle of the Kirchberg, our noble farmhouse "Haus Christiansn" has dominated for centuries with its "Häpp'n Heim" annex, which is perfect for groups. The ideal starting point for hiking our own hiking trails, cycling, motorcycling, holding family celebrations, theater rehearsals and seminars or just relaxing.

Your accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from Leopoldina Hospital and approx. 20 minutes walk to downtown. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a butcher, a deli and a pharmacy. The nearby wildlife park invites you to take leisurely walks.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
