Very nice contact. We had booked the place in a business context 2 times for a period of several months. Both employees were completely satisfied. The location is rural - larger cities in the area such as Metzingen and Stuttgart are best reached by car. The place matches the photos in the listing, is well maintained and has everything you need. If something is missing or if you have any other questions, Marcel and his wife will be happy to help. They also live in the same house. A clear recommendation from us!

I highly recommend the place and the hostess. It is a nice apartment to relax and feel comfortable after a long day at the fair. The small kitchen offers everything you need; the bathroom is wonderfully warm; the living-bedroom offers enough space to spread out and everything is set up so that it fits exactly. And on top of that, there is also a private parking spot right in front of the house. Glad to come back!
