The house and the location are great. House is spacious and comfortable! Of course the terrace is amazing, you can sit and watch the sea. The sunrise in the morning is amazing! Everything was great! Thanks!

+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

It was perfect!!!It had everything in the house!!!The host, who was waiting for us at home, was friendly and smiling willing to give us any information and help us any time we contacted him. The house is spotless and nicely decorated, it makes you feel comfortable like you're at home. I hope that when I visit Volos again, the house will be available to stay there again. I highly recommend it!!!!The best!!!!

very beautiful house and thoughtful. When we arrived it was super clean and cool after they had provided to regulate the temperature. We loved the huge garden where there were games and activities.. we enjoyed it and our dogs!! communication with Ron was easy and direct to what we needed. Thank you!

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

We had an incredible time at this place! It was beautiful, quiet, and just a few steps from an always-empty beach. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks, and were even lucky enough to see dolphins while having breakfast in the garden. Vasilichis, the host, was always available and truly passionate about hosting. When my little sister couldn't find flippers that fit her, he went out of his way to find the right size while we were out on a trip. When we returned, the flippers were waiting for us in the garden. The place was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our dog also had an amazing time enjoying the large, well-maintained garden. I highly recommend booking this place — you won't regret it!

I highly recommend this place to those looking for tranquility despite being close to the marina where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, very clean ( compliments) and equipped with all amenities. Beautiful and spacious veranda overlooking the spectacular olive trees! Anna and her partner are 2 great people and always available. Great WIFI too! Very positive review.
