Vacation rentals in Ai Giannis

Ich war ins den ersten zwei Wochen vom Oktober 2024 in Nea Skioni. Es war eine tolle Zeit – Touristen gab es kaum noch. Maria hat mich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und mir alles erklärt. Den Strand hatte ich für mich alleine, und die Temperaturen waren immer noch sommerlich. In den Ort sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß – das ist aber garnicht schlimm, denn der Weg ist schön und die Restaurants lecker. Normalerweise reist man wohl mit dem Mietwagen an. Ich war aber ohne und habe daher hier noch drei Tipps: Shuttleservice vom Flughafen: shuttledirect, Fahrer und Auto waren top. Dann hatte ich mir einen Scooter geliehen (5 Tage minimum), der zu Maria geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt wurde: chalkidiki-automoto. Wenn man ein Taxi braucht, einfach Maria fragen. Sie hat Visitenkarten von Nikolaos. Man bekommt sehr schnell verbindliche Antwort. Auch hier Fahrer und Auto top. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Maria – ich habe mich wunderbar erholt und nichts vermisst. Stefanie

Christos to cudowny gospodarz. Domek tuż nad plażą, zapewniona prywatność, a jednocześnie bliskość centrum miejscowości, gdzie były restauracje, sklepy, piekarnie. Dom bardzo czysty, wszystko zgodne z opisem, a obiekt na żywo prezentował się lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Christos przywitał nas bardzo uprzejmie, dostaliśmy nawet prezenty powitalne. Po tygodniu otrzymaliśmy nowe, świeżo wybrane ręczniki oraz pościel, czego się nie spodziewaliśmy. Otrzymaliśmy lokalne rekomendacje oraz przez cały pobyt Christos był dla nas pomocny. Bardzo polecam!!!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε και αναζητούσαμε! Η Ella ήταν πολύ βοηθητική στις οδηγίες της για να βρούμε τον χώρο. Το σπίτι είχε όμορφη θέα στο βουνό και απίστευτη ηρεμία! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft in Nea Skioni und es war für uns alles perfekt. Wunderschöne Gegend in einem kleinen Fischerdorf mit einer tollen Wohnung. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts, denn wir konnten dort super entspannen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ein Tagesausflug nach Thessaloniki ist auch gut möglich. Zu empfehlen ist das Fischrestaurant im Erdgeschoss, direkt unter der Unterkunft gelegen. Dort kann man sehr gut essen und schöne Abende verbringen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Am petrecut 9 zile extraordinare aici, am fost un grup de 4 familii. Vila este exact ca in descriere si ca in poze cu toate dotarile necesare ca sa te simti ca acasa, terasa minunata cu priveliste direct la mica plaja de alaturi. Bucataria este complet echipata, am putut sa ne preparam micul dejun fara sa ne lipseasca nimic. Gazdele extrem de amiabile, ne-au aratat imprejurimile pe unde putem manca, de unde putem sa ne facem cumparaturile si ne-au raspuns prompt ori de cate ori am avut nevoie de o informatie. Zona extrem de linistita chiar foarte intima! Plaja de langa este cu pietricele, este dotata cu 4 umbrelute de rachita si niste bancute free of charge, este de obicei destul de goala. De asemenea in sat mai sunt 2-3 golfulete cu plaje cam la fel, in special golful din stanga are o plaja mai mare. Apa foarte calda, fara alge moarte si de o limpezime extraordinara. Our stay at Nasia Villa was simply amazing. The house is worm and welcoming, has everything you need, comfortable and well attended, and the views are breathtaking. The road is easy enough once you traveled it for the first time. The beach is beautiful, private, the path to get there again is easy enough. Nasia herself was a welcoming and hospitable host. We will love to stay at her special corner of the world again. Highly recommended.

Un séjour magnifique dans une belle maison pleine de charme, dans un village très pittoresque typique du Pélion, avec une grande cour qui donne sur la mer. L'espace intérieur est plus que confortable avec une cuisine très bien équipée et un îlot central pour préparer ses repas. Un grand salon confortable invite au farniente. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et la literie confortable. De belles plages et des supermarchés sont accessibles en 20-30 minutes en voiture.
