Our villa (250 sqm) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic little place in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park similar garden(6000 sqm). Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

Our small villa is fully and exclusively at your disposal for your stay. Neither we as landlords nor guests are in the house. It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel but is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a big city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alster Valley shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (if necessary, space for 3 more cars)

If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.
