The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. Ontsnap aan de drukte in deze stijlvolle B&B midden in het groen. Geniet van uitzicht op weilanden, bos en bomen. Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien, o.a beddengoed, bad- en keukenhanddoeken, maar ook aan thee, koffie, kruiden, wc papier, keukenrol en afwasblokjes voor de afwasmachine is gedacht.

In der Parallelstraße der Fußgängerzone und gegenüber der Augenklinik gelegen wohnt man hier zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Geschäfte, Bäckereien und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Schlossgarten mit schönem Barockschloss liegt nur zwei Fußminuten entfernt. Von Enschede in den Niederlanden ist die Wohnung ca. 15 km entfernt.

Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
