We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment, it was a great place to base ourselves and travel around Galle and the southern beaches each day. If we had any issues, they were responded to quickly and efficiently. The apartment security is very good, and so helpful having a supermarket in the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay at Thilanga’s place, very friendly and kind family. The room was spotless clean, has a beautiful patio area with so much pretty garden and palm tree’s. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Highly recommend to stay here, will definitely come back one day.

The Old Chilli House apartment is an amazing and well designed place. From the moment that I stepped inside, I already felt at home. Everything is beautifully arranged, super clean and attention has been put to detail. Enough space is also given, the apartment even has a walk in closet. I absolutely loved the balcony and the whole vibe of the apartment. It is away from the hustle and bustle. On top, Kris and his family are perfect hosts, and the breakfast was great. Kris is a super friendly, funny and energetic guy, that really cares about his guests! Highly recommended place 😀!

Amazing place with everything you need, it's actually more beautiful than the photos. We stayed here for a week and everything was perfect and convenient! The host family is very friendly and provided useful information about nearby attractions and food! Thank you very much to Samurdhi and your family for doing all your best to provide us with service and help, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Kuala Lumpur!

Great welcome from Amila and her family. The house is a little out of the way, but Alima transports us wherever we want. The price is reasonable and displayed in the room. Alima and his wife cooks very well. We would recommend it.

We were incredibly lucky to choose this villa. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more! A beautiful courtyard, a nice pool, a cozy room and all the necessary amenities! And also the most uncrowded and stunning beach next to the villa! But most of all we were captivated by the care and hospitality of the Duminda’s family! The first visit to Sri Lanka turned out to be unforgettable. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and the parting gift conquered our hearts!😍

Jula and Suranga (whose house it is and who lives there with his lovely family) were super responsive and proactive in communication. The house is right across the street from the beach and just a few minutes' drive from nice places like Shanti Shanti or Wijaya Beach. Suranga and his family had prepared a welcome snack when we arrived and even invited us to a home-cooked Sri Lankan breakfast one morning. The apartment is on the top floor of Suranga's house and looks very much like in the pictures. Note that the stairs are a bit steep, but the place has a nice small kitchen and good rooms. Also, their neighbour Assanta was a super reliable Tuk Tuk driver while we stayed there.

The villa is adequately provided and well equipped . If anything is required to suit your taste then Aravinda promptly arranges the same . We spent nearly 34 days at this villa and it had become a second home to us. 2 bedrooms were provided with AC and the 3rd bedroom was provided with desert cooler. For longer stays the electricity is billed to the guest. Our bill was @14000 LKR for the entire duration . We used only 1 AC as only 1 bedroom was utilised by us. We didnot use any electric cooking gadget , even though all kinds of electric ovens were there. We used only the cooking gas stove and gas cylinder was provided by Aravinda . The front lawn is green and Aravinda takes responsibility to get the lawn cleaned once every week. Be careful of red ants though :-). Aravinda took us for a familiarisation ride of the locality on our 1st day . He also picked / dropped us from/to airport in his sedan at very low cost. We definitely would like to come back again!

We VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay at Chandras place. It is a beautiful, minimalistic house and has everything we needed. We enjoyed the quite forest surrounding. Chandra was always very helpful and solved all issues and questions very fast. The place is about 2km away from Weligama city center and about 1,5km away from Weligama beach - we suggest renting a scooter. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

This homestay was an absolute gem — peaceful, well-located, and without a doubt the best place you can find if you're traveling on a budget. The house is set in a quiet, relaxing area, perfect for resting or exploring the surroundings at your own pace. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals, which is a big plus for longer stays. What really sets this place apart is the host — incredibly responsive, clear in communication, and always ready to help with anything. He even fixed my motorbike, which was a huge help! The place is run by a lovely Sri Lankan family, and you can really feel their warmth and hospitality throughout the stay. It’s the kind of place that feels like home — affordable, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended!

Words cannot even describe how amazing our stay was. Dilan, his mom and his brother made us feel right at home and so friendly to be around. It was their personalities and their open hearts that made our stay extra special. One morning I asked Dilans brother to make us a dhal curry to go with our string hoppers and it was delicious. He was kind enough to make sure we were well taken care of, as if we were their own. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and just simply beautiful. Most of all, it was so peaceful and we loved their kitty cats and their dog Shane. You can see that the brothers put a lot of love and thought into the space that they build and it’s so beautiful to see their hard work put into it for us to stay, appreciate and enjoy. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back next year, while recommending them to everyone.

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

beautiful property and location that gives Bali vibes in srilanka. photos and amenities are accurate. staff at the property are very helpful all the time. breakfast was provided. walkable to a small private beach only single complaint is that the 2 rooms that have 2 single beds are very difficult for adults to fit into so we have a tough time adjusting with that, for kids those 2 twin bed rooms should be perfect

Everything was great, they were really helpful. Only the location is in a very isolated place but you can easily go by motorcycle.

Had a wonderful stay at Sam's Condominium-neat and clean apartment with stunning views and the soothing sound of waves . The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect coastal escape.

We stayed at Sanjayas place for four nights. The family was super kind and helped us with local advice such as restaurants and must-sees close by. They arranged transport to the house and again when we left. Their hospitality was warm and made us feel welcome. We would definitly recommend this place to others.

As soon as we arrived, Chanuka received us with sincerity. Their welcome drinks were amazing. The house was as beautiful as the pictures. We were impressed by the sincerity of their entire family. And the check-out day was truly amazing. They organized breakfast and lunch for us. We had a wonderful few days. Those who want to visit Galle can rest assured in this house. Wowww. Where do I even begin?! We were stunned by how much more beautiful this place was in person. It exceeded all our expectations!! The location can’t be beat. Corner unit, two floors, multiple balconies & floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to catch the beach & gorgeous sunset views from any angle! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, common areas & divine master suite are so spacious and luxurious! I have to give *high praise* for how well maintained this unit is by Dodampe, his lovely caretaker Upul, and the cleaning staff. The place was sparkling clean - kitchen, curtains, sofas & other furniture/fixtures seemed almost brand new! Incredibly high standards for cleanliness, presentation & keeping unit in excellent working order with no issues. Our family of seniors, young adults, and children had lots of privacy for ourselves as well as generous common areas to spend together. Many thanks to Upul for his warmth, responsiveness, all his help & advice. He even brought a welcome gift!

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.

We stayed in the apartment for a month. Everything was great, nice apartment, private area. There is a swimming pool and a gym on site. The staff is helpful. Many thanks to Danoja, we checked in earlier than the agreed time, all issues that arose were resolved promptly (even those that arose due to our stupidity), friendly communication. Thank you very much! We will definitely come again!
