The living and dining rooms are spacious and integrated with the fully equipped kitchen. The house has 3 indoor bedrooms and 1 detached bedroom, all with air conditioning.

Casa well located within the Thermas Resort of Águas de Santa Bárbara. The property is fully fenced and offers excellent amenities, including a heated pool, air-conditioning in every room, cable TV and high-speed 800MB fiber optic Wi-Fi. Guests have access to the resort's various leisure options such as bike racks, trails, fishing pond, mini golf course, a high-quality restaurant and many other activities to enjoy unforgettable moments!

The entrance to the house is marked by a neatly arranged stone pathway leading to a modern facade. Lush green grass surrounds the area, with decorative plants and garden features on either side. A bright sky enhances the inviting exterior presentation.

Spacious house. Very well ventilated and complete. Great location. Close to the shopping mall (within walking distance) where you can find a Market, Dentist, Pet Shop, Pharmacy, restaurant and Burger Shop, Gas Station and more. In addition to other attractions such as: free bikes, mini-golf. Trail by the Waterfall. Lake for fishing. Dock with canoeing, stand up paddle and lots of fun Come and be closer to nature.

The exterior of the house is characterized by a modern design, featuring a mix of white and earthy brick tones. Large windows allow ample natural light, while a spacious driveway is lined with lighting, providing a welcoming entrance. Lush greenery surrounds the structure.

Beautiful and spacious house for up to 11 people, well lit and airy, for those seeking tranquility, safety and comfort in the interior of SP in one of the best condominiums in the region. ******The back area, where the pool is located, has been fenced off so that guests can rest easy when leaving their pets at ease. Note: we put the fence up recently and don't have the updated photos yet.
