A beautiful two-story house located in the Santa Bárbara Resort Residence, an ideal place for you to relax and enjoy all the natural beauty, located just a few meters from the pier in a super quiet area. It was designed with an open concept, with spacious and airy areas, providing interaction at all times. It has plenty of natural light, which contributes to the appreciation of a wonderful panoramic view from all environments, as well as space for barbecues, a private pool, and a hammock area.

New, modern and very comfortable house inaugurated in December/2024. Equipped with new utensils, well located, close to the Santa Barbara 2 club and the SPA. It has a beautiful heated pool that can reach up to 34C with hydromassage, waterfall and LED lighting activated with remote control. It has a large living and dining room, equipped kitchen, gourmet area and barbecue, 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites and 2 demi-suites. Full social bathroom, service area with access through the full kitchen.

New and spacious townhouse, with 3 en-suites with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, barbecue area, laundry room and private pool. Located in a gated community that has several leisure options, including a bike path, running track, mini-golf, waterfall trail, with free access. Clubs with: swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer field (access for paid day use). You'll also find restaurants, a SPA (paid access) and a lake with the possibility of renting stand up paddle boards and kayaks.

The property is fully fenced and offers excellent amenities, including a heated pool, air-conditioning in every room, cable TV and high-speed 800MB fiber optic Wi-Fi. Guests have access to the resort's various leisure options such as bike racks, trails, fishing pond, mini golf course, a high-quality restaurant and many other activities to enjoy unforgettable moments!

Spacious house. Very well ventilated and complete. Great location. Close to the shopping mall (within walking distance) where you can find a Market, Dentist, Pet Shop, Pharmacy, restaurant and Burger Shop, Gas Station and more. In addition to other attractions such as: free bikes, mini-golf. Trail by the Waterfall. Lake for fishing. Dock with canoeing, stand up paddle and lots of fun Come and be closer to nature.

Beautiful and spacious house for up to 11 people, well lit and airy, for those seeking tranquility, safety and comfort in the interior of SP in one of the best condominiums in the region. ******The back area, where the pool is located, has been fenced off so that guests can rest easy when leaving their pets at ease. Note: we put the fence up recently and don't have the updated photos yet.
