Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Beautiful home! Exactly as described and the bedrooms were so spacious. Nice kitchen. Beautiful yard. I loved everything about it. The location was perfect as I have family in the area and everything was close by.

Yammyli’s listing is beyond amazing! We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and it was the most PERFECT romantic getaway for the 2 of us. Yammyli had a bottle of champagne and a “just married” sign waiting for us when we arrived which was so special ❤️

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic, thanks to Ms. Sonia! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. If you're looking to experience the local vibe and don't mind a bit of noise, this is definitely the spot for you. Ms. Sonia provides everything you could possibly need for a fun beach day—beach chairs, umbrellas, and even coolers! It felt like she truly cared about making our stay special. One standout feature of this property is the generator. During our stay, the power went out multiple times, but Ms. Sonia was the only host out of three locations we visited who had a generator ready to go. This thoughtful touch made all the difference! I will genuinely miss falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the coqui at night. We're already looking forward to our return next year, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you, Ms. Sonia, for an unforgettable experience!

Josie's place captivated me from the moment I saw the stunning ocean view. Ideally located in a safe area with easy parking, it's close to surf spots, stores, and restaurants. The studio was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was top-notch. The serene shared patio is perfect for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean (and chilling with the two friendly cats). Highly recommend, I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Crashboat beach is an easy walk, though stairs are involved. The space had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a nice hot water shower and also a convenient outdoor spigot to wash the beach sand off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Excellent location! Centrally located in Rincon. Just as described, very clean and with everything you need. They even welcomed us with snacks and bottled water. We loved it.

Andrew-Elizabeth helped a lot finding the place. They communicated very well on how to get there. The room was very spacious and lots of room for all 3 of us. It was a great location and we enjoyed our short stay.

This place is a gem! Great, quiet location, close to restaurants and beaches. Paul was very responsive, the place was super clean and inviting and the view was spectacular! Highly recommended!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
