Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

We had a great week at Sara and Dominic's. They live next door and have been very attentive to any needs. The house is equipped with all kinds of amenities and leisure items. The surroundings are wonderful, the house is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and the smell of fruit trees has been present all these days. The only complaint is that the winter kitchen is small and on bad days, as has happened to us, it forces you to cook in a more limited space. One hundred percent recommended.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is clean and has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. It is in a quiet area, with easy access to get to know Cabo de Gata, it comes very well that it has a garage square. Having a pool and air conditioning is a plus.

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. Had a wonderful 5 nights as a couple at Ashley's place in early/mid-October. Rarely does such thought go into making visitors so welcome and providing not only the essentials for your stay but so much more. If there's a model for how to run an Air BnB for the satisfaction of your guests then this must be it. The location is great if you like the outdoors - with hiking and cycling starting at the door. We hiked every day, both locally and in the surrounding area. The hamlet in which the property lies is very authentically Rural Spain, but close enough to the necessary amenities (10 min drive). A car is definitely beneficial for exploring. The property is spotless, has everything you need, is well thought out and has terrific views. Despite considering the matter, we could think of no flaws. Go (if you can find any availability)! Thank you Ashley.

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

We were very comfortable for 4 days. Samantha was always available for any incident. The place is very clean, very quiet and had everything to spend a few days. The best thing is that everywhere there were roads where I could go quietly with the dogs. The towels, sheets and blanket smelled great. The fireplace is not going well but we were quickly given another radiator and we were not cold at all. I recommend this place and more if you go with a dog. We will be back

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

My husband and myself stayed at Ramon's villa for 4 weeks and we were very happy. The villa has everything we needed for an extended stay and it was very comfy in every way. A big fridge freezer was very useful, as I batch cooked some meals. Great to watch a film at night on Netflix on their smart TV, after we were exhausted from a long bicycle ride. Fab countryside for cycling and walking. We had such a good time and Carmen looked after us so well and very promptly helped us if we needed it. Carmen is a lovely friendly and polite lady and we saw her every weekend when she accompanied the pool boy, for cleaning the pool. We would recommend this villa for a holiday and we would love to return in the future.

Mamen was very kind at all times, she provided us with a lot of information on places to visit and to eat. Her house is very cozy and has a huge patio where my dogs really enjoyed themselves. 30 meters away there is a bar where you can eat great tapas and it's a great price. Playa de las Negras is 2.5 km away and there are other fantastic beaches a few km away as well. Mamen was very flexible with check-in and check-out. Thank you very much for everything! We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

We had a great time at the accommodation: clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped: various utensils, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker too, toaster, microwave, oven... (they left a bottle of cold water and 1L of pomace oil for cooking as a welcome gift!). We were surprised that it had several books (in multiple languages!) in case you finish yours. Very convenient to be able to access the inner courtyard directly from the parking lot, where you can leave all the sand-filled stuff. Any possible improvements? Put a small hose in the yard to clean them and take a shower, if you want. Linda's attention was always quick and very friendly, and she always had an answer for our questions.

Wonderful finde! The apartment is nine, super clean and great equipped. The truth is that I was surprised by how close it is to the pool, literally you go out and there you have it, it's also very cool. The very good location, we made shopping in Mercadona which was next door and the ideal distance beach, close enough to approach you in just a few minutes and far enough to enjoy in a quiet area. A success to travel around this time of the year, temperature of 10 and super nice atmosphere. Thank you to the host for her treatment, super nice and attentive! Oh, and self check-in,no one relies on the keys, you enter with a code!!

We had a lovely week here. The local beach, which you can walk to in about 30 mins or drive, is wonderful, and on October weekdays we had it almost to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with a good kitchen and barbecue area outside. The outside seating area was really nice with lovely plants and a decent amount of shade for those who prefer to keep out of the sun. It was hot for the time of year when we visited but the house remained nice and cool. Overall a really lovely house and garden to chill out in.

We were great in the apartment - it is very good, comfortable and with an ideal terrace. The toilet (wc-ducha) is something small, but it is something we already knew from the photos and it was not a problem for a short stay. It is good located and in a very quiet area. Carlos was always available and attentive. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back. Thank you also for allowing us to travel with Baguette! Wonderful Cabo de Gata
