The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

The house was beautiful and spotless clean! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this place. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The space is an old detached house tastefully renovated. The amenities equal to a 4-star hotel, bourgeois slippers towels toiletries, autonomous heating satisfactory. The cabinets filled with all kinds of beverages, friendly hosts, fruits. Also what is normal, I have not found it anywhere and shows the character of the host is that they had a second pair of keys in case someone needs to turn a different time , this shows respect to the needs of the tenant. Easy parking near the center , quiet location, gorgeous decor, TV DVD books, are just a few of the things hosts had for us. Thank you for hosting impeccable people.

A magical place in the heart of nature! We had an unforgettable stay in this peaceful and picturesque village of Drakia, in the heart of Pelion. The house is like something out of a fairytale spacious, clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. The highlight, without a doubt, is the garden. It’s the most beautiful and authentic garden we’ve ever seen, with enormous apricot and cherry trees probably over 70 years old. Everything is blooming, colorful, fragrant, and carefully designed. There are cozy sitting corners, flowers everywhere, a hammock to relax in, and even an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a fire pit for cooking. The cottage has everything you need and more. The calm, the serenity, and the sound of birdsong made it very hard to leave. We deeply appreciate the love and care the host has put into this magical place. A perfect 10/10 – highly recommended!

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.
