This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

We were so happy to find Rikki’s place. It enabled our family to spend meaningful time together during a holiday. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was a beautiful amenity during the warm weather. We would definitely rent this house again!

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

Jeremy’s place was great. Super comfortable and so many details thought through. It was close to a lot of great restaurants and shops but still was quiet and private. Jeremy was a great host. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re In LA!

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!

Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

Such a cozy little place to stay!!! Luis was very responsive and so kind to let us check-in early. I love how it was a walkable distance to a few bus stops and also the metro. In the big cities, I usually opt for public transportation. The check-in process was seamless and easy.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

WOW! We can’t say enough about Van and Suzann and their amazing home! We felt so comfortable and relaxed there, it was just what we needed for our trip! Probably one of our best Airbnb experiences ever! It will definitely be our number one go-to house if we are ever in LA!
