Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Stefanos Avliotes

We had a great time in Avgi’s apartment. The unit is very cosy, well equipped, and conveniently located close to the center of Pelekas. The highlight is the deck with a fantastic view towards the Agii Deka mountain. Pelekas is a quiet town with good infrastructure, a really nice bakery close to the apartment, a small supermarket, and a couple of good restaurants. In May, not many tourists were around. We came for hiking and explored all parts of Corfu. For this, Pelekas is a good base station with even the most Northern and Southern areas of Corfu not more than a one hour drive away. The hosts were very attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend Avgi’s apartment!

We stayed at Eleni's place for 9 nights and had a nice time. Eleni and her parents are super nice, warm and always helpful. The communication was very good! We got many tips and recommendations for our time in Corfu and quickly felt very comfortable. Everything is beautifully modernly furnished and superbly equipped. Nice, quiet location with wonderful views. Lemon trees and cat on site. We will be happy to come back if you ever go back to Corfu. Absolute recommendation!

From before we arrived Alexandros was communicative and helpful. The house is fantastic. To arrive & have food and drink in the fridge, and other treats, felt very special. They really have thought of everything and more. I can’t get over the view. Absolutely stunning. And to hear the sea lapping up on the shore. The walk to the almost deserted beach isn’t easy but well worth it. You definitely deserve a cold drink on return! (Sturdy trainers recommended). Clearest water I’ve seen for a long while. And you have to build at least one flat pebble tower. It’s quite addictive… Star watching (& bat watching). The cats are wonderful and we grew very attached to them. Alessandros’s parents are always on hand and have lots of useful info on where to eat, and places to visit. And they are very lovely too. We only had a short 5 day break, but feel refreshed & rested (& quite toned from that hill!). Would highly recommend without any doubts. If only everywhere one booked was as good as this.

The place we stayed at was something we could only dream of. A small house with an incredible view, together with an amazing pool. The house was very private. Victoria is a great host and person. All communication was very fast and polite. Might go again in the future

we had a pleasant stay at Dinos cottage. impeccable welcome from him and he advised us on good local places to eat. quiet cottage in the olive grove. access by a small steep path off the road. unobstructed view of the sea. thank you for this stay pierrick and amandine

We were so eager to enjoy Corfu and our stay in Villa Erika did not disappoint! We met the owner of the property for check-in and immediately felt right at home. She met us with the best smile and welcomed us into the villa as if it were her personal home. She left us such nice welcome gifts and treats, that lasted us throughout our stay. The villa was so clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. This was the perfect place for us and we were so sad we had to leave. The area around the home is so nice and the views are picturesque! The pool patio was cleaned each morning and Tsia even arranged a time to change linens during our stay. There are so many great things about the villa and I wish I could list them all! Tsia was such an amazing host! We cannot wait to return and are already planning our next trip. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The place was sparkling clean! The furnishings are high quality. Parking on the property is safe and good. Beautiful terrace and garden. Nice reception the next morning as we arrived very late.

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

We were three people traveling—myself, my wife, and my 83-year-old father—on a family trip, and this rental was a great fit for our needs. The location was ideal: quiet, picturesque, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and major attractions easy to reach by car. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean and practical for our needs, but the real gem was the large sea-view balcony. We spent time out there every single day - it became our shared space, especially since the inside was quite small and didn’t have much of a common area. That was something we knew ahead of time from the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, it was a lovely stay. It felt like the right place for our little family getaway, and we’d definitely come back. No complaints - just good memories.

Our stay was really nice. There is a large parking lot in front of the house. The house and the apartments there are new, well equipped, clean and large. A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. In addition, the yard and the house are really very clean and tidy. Bed linen can even be changed on request, the trash cans emptied and the apartment completely wiped. This is a service that you don't often experience in an apartment. It was really excellent. We will recommend this apartment to others. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Accommodation as described (clean, comfortable and well-equipped), quiet neighborhood. Spyros is very responsive to messages, greeted by his father who was very friendly and kind. Very happy stay, thank you.

The apartment is very nice and very well maintained. The large window and terrace face east, so you can enjoy the sunrises in the morning. The terrace is also pleasantly shaded in the afternoon. The apartment has everything you need except a coffee maker. Taverns and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the bay of Porto Timoni. Nevertheless, it is very helpful to rent a car to get to the larger surrounding beaches. The property is highly recommended. It was a very pleasant stay.

Clare and I had a 10 day stay here, communication with Magdellini was very good, and her Mum Chryrssa was a joy, great for local information and became a real friend over the time of our stay. You have to give this place 5 stars as the situation is second to none, fantastic views, early morning and late night swims from the beach, great restraunts on your doorstep but far enough away for them not to disturb the tranquility, the accommodation is pretty basic and probably would benefit from a little updating, we had a fantastic holiday there and would recommend it to anyone, thinking of staying, we both would definitely go again in a heart beat..

The apartment is located in the middle of a three-house, next to the owners and on the other side a larger vacation apartment. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchenette and a small bathroom, (no living room), and a nice terrace accessible via a bedroom with a large table and loungers on the lawn in front of it. The house is located directly on the steep slope above the sea with fantastic views and the sound of waves. A small detour only 5 minutes' walk to the magnificent, not overcrowded sandy beach. The owners are extremely nice and have constantly given us salad and oranges from the garden, food, cookies, etc. Unfortunately, we don't speak Greek, so mostly sign language. In 5 minutes on foot there are three restaurants, by car 15 minutes to more touristy places. If you're looking for peace, wonderful views and exceptionally friendly landlords, this is the perfect place. THANK YOU!

We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful apartment ! From booking to arriving , Didi and Marius were always on hand to help . The place itself is superb - tastefully decorated and well equipped . Everything you could think of is there . Incredibly clean and comfy and it really felt like home from home . By far , the best place and the best hosts we have ever experienced on Airbnb . Can’t wait to come back . Thank you both 🥰

The apartment fits the description given. It is clean, good location and has the basics. The contact with Sofia was excellent. We were comfortable.

A lovely apartment, we loved the private balcony. As other reviews state, you have to wash up in the bathroom sink. But this is a minor inconvenience to stay in such a beautiful place. Anastasia and Alan made us feel very welcome and were always available if we needed anything. Elia restaurant is 2 minutes walk away and we had great food there.

Just as describedThe apartment was the perfect place for a few days in Corfu. Just a few steps from all the restaurants in Old Town, yet still quiet in the evening away from the loud bars. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds were good and AC worked perfectly. The terrace is an added bonus to wind down at the end of the evening.

We were very happy with the place. The only downside was that loud music was played twice a week in a neighboring hotel until midnight. We found this to be disruptive.

We had an excellent 3 week stay at Unique. The location was unbeatable with an easy walk to Corfu Town and a wonderful restaurant, Fishalida Garden, where we ate fabulous grilled fresh fish on 4 occasions. Unique is a great apartment for 2 people max. The terrace is enormous with a million dollar view of the bay and the Old Fortress. We cannot say enough about our host, Marina, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She provided 3 good bottles of wine, a goodie basket as well as a souvenir gift and plenty of liters of water as Corfu has NO potable water. When one of us fell ill, she arranged for an immediate appointment with a local physician and even provided a driver to take us there. One suggestion we have for Americans renting Unique is to get detailed instructions on how to run the washer, dryer and stove as they were difficult and frustrating for us. They were very different than American appliances and written instructions were in Greek.

an idyllic stay in a very functional and tastefully decorated apartment, allowing us to make the most of our stay. Andreas is a caring host. I highly recommend it. It was Airbnb that had everything you could need to enhance absolute comfort in a very bohemian setting.

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable – in the middle of Sidari, very close to lots of great bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, it was surprisingly quiet, even at night. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. The amenities were excellent and left nothing to be desired – everything you need was there. Communication with the host was also first-class. He was always available, friendly and very helpful. All in all a clear recommendation – I would definitely come back!
