The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Village Overlook

The house is located at the highest point of Agios Vlasios, with a wide unobstructed view of the Pagasetic Gulf. It is 60 meters (via footpath) from the provincial road. It is a traditional stone structure, two-storey, 100 sqm (50 + 50) and completely renovated in 2018. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, connected via internal staircase.
