Vacation rentals with a patio in Agios Dimitrios

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

I had a wonderful stay for four days. The apartment was just a two-minute walk from the metro and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Liroy was very attentive—his local tips and the information he provided about the apartment were extremely helpful. They had thought of everything, and I had a smooth, hassle-free stay. Thank you!

Book it ! Very friendly hosts and a modern, big, clean Airbnb. Even has a lemon tree. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Athens.

Appartment as described and presented in photos. Very clear instructions for check-in and overall quick communication from host. Appartment is at first floor with spacious balcony but is viewing the side of the appartment block (no view). Very clean, with full amenities. Very close to Optical Clinic, convenient for people that have operations there and need to stay a few days close-by.

Our stay at the Alimos apartment truly felt like a home away from home. It was our base for sightseeing across Greece and perfectly located—quiet, clean, and just 20 minutes from central Athens. While we didn’t make it to the nearby beach, we loved the neighborhood’s walkability, with great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and easy access to both buses and the metro which we took daily. We even took the 24-hour bus line to and from the airport. Out of the four places we stayed during our trip, this was by far the best—thanks to its layout, cleanliness, stylish decor, and above all, and most of all our wonderful host Donya. She was always helpful, flexible with check-in, and even accommodated our last-minute guest with extra linens. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you're visiting Athens and want a relaxing, well-kept, and welcoming space to call your own, this is it!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Really enjoyed my stay here, I have been to Athens several times and was wanting to be a little ways away from the city center. The house was a quick walk from the beach, grocery store, coffee and pharmacy were all close. House was very comfortable and clean.

Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub Dank Ioannis und seinem Appartement. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist vielfältig ausgestattet und es warten kleine liebevolle Überraschungen. Wir haben täglich die Küche genutzt. Alle Utensilien sind vorhanden - sogar an scharfe Messer wurde gedacht. Wir haben dann immer auf dem riesigen Balkon gegessen. :-) Wir hatten ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling in einer authentischen Umgebung. Gestört hat uns nichts. Ioannis hat immer sofort auf die ein oder andere Nachfrage sehr freundlich und superschnell geantwortet. Alles hat insgesamt einen superprofessionellen und hochwertigen Eindruck gemacht. Ein Lidl ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Metro 5 Minuten (2 Linien). Man kommt perfekt vom Flughafen mit der Metro bis zur Wohnung mit nur 1x umsteigen. Um Athen auf eigene Faust zu erkunden und für einen unabhängigen Urlaub ist die Wohnung perfekt und der Gastgeber total vorbildlich. Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Wir sagen danke! 🙏

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

idéalement placé, à 1 minute de la plage et de bars et restaurants, la petite maison est tout de même au calme. L'équipement est complet, belle deco, une grande terrasse.... on a regretté de n'y rester qu'une nuit. Mike est super réactif.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

I stayed for 3 nights and I absolutely loved the studio. It was super clean, everything was there (coffee, water, biscuits, .....), exactly as described in the listing. It was my first time in this neighbourhood, which was also a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place. And thanks for having me.

This suite was perfect! Ioannis was super responsive and helpful during the check in process. We were able to do laundry and use this Airbnb as a perfect clean reset to our lengthy trip. The balcony had a beautiful view of the acropolis too!

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay here. Stelios provided really good recommendations and the view of the acropolis is amazing here - especially at night. The outdoor space is what makes it so special! :)

Modern, spacious and very clean apartment. Amenities within a few minutes walk ( supermarket, bakery) Fully equipped with all necessities and very close ( walking distance) to the Metro and Tram . Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend it as a very affordable accommodation to discover Athens from!
