The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Die Wohnung Brennerei ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Ferienhof Obertor. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Quiet at the end of a residential street, close to the center + S-Bahn. The loft scores points with a covered southwest balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, walk-in closet, washer-dryer, sauna area can be used by arrangement, charging option for electric car. If necessary, another double bedroom next door.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. In 5 minutes' walk in the heart of the Schiller city of Marbach S-Bahn connection to Ludwigsburg, Backnang, Stuttgart and the surrounding area right in front of the house. The apartment consists of a large combined living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen with its own dining area, bathroom with toilet and a spacious anteroom. Only the owner-occupied bedroom is not available.

Quiet on the outskirts with direct access to nature is our cozy attic apartment. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You are quickly in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. The 2-room apartment has a completely new kitchen equipment, TV, WiFi, a comfortable king size bed with zone mattress, a 140cm wide sofa bed and two small desks. The pedestrian area of the old town with various shopping facilities is a 10-minute walk.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
