Small, cozy vacation home, 60 m² (646 sq ft), about 200 meters (656 ft) from the beach in the lovely Faldsled and Millinge area, a short distance from Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg town. There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Det Lille Gule Hus is centrally located in the adventure town of Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5-minute walk to the town hall, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works well for a family with two children and a dog!

The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Classic summer house with ocean view near Ærøskøbing

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Townhouse in Ærøskøbing

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis of a townhouse on the outskirts of the old town of Ærøskøbing. The house has a lovely garden where you can enjoy the sun all day and eat outside in good weather. The house was renovated a few years ago, but the bathroom has not been renovated. In July, we rent out for a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Beautifully restored three-winged property, located in the countryside in scenic surroundings, with a small forest and a stream running through the garden. Egeskov Castle, as well as Svendborg, are aprox. 8-15 km from here. Guest have their own kitchen with a cozy living room with access to the terrace and garden. Pets are welcome.
