The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm in floor plan, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also has a conservatory and a lovely little courtyard. The townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a little kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable.

Charming little thatched cottage on one level. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

A cozy old, low-ceiling house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closet and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. No pets allowed.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Our cottage is just a stone's throw from a charming harbor environment, where there is both the opportunity to eat and let the children play in the large playground. The lovely beach, Halen, with a swimming bridge is only 800 meters away, perfect for a day of sun and sea. Shopping opportunities with small shops in the pedestrian street and grocery shopping with a bakery are about 1 km from the cottage.
