The apartment has a private entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x bedrooms with double beds, toilet & bath. Possibility of extra bed in the living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the sound, there is also the possibility of sitting outside and possibly lighting up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful Labrador) on the ground floor.

Elevator to hallway, which opens into a new Swan kitchen, with cooking island, wine cooler, etc., open to a large living room and the view of the sound. Bathroom, with double sink, and double shower. Stay directly at Svendborgsund and go to the city center and the harbor. Make use of the many social and cultural experiences the city and the archipelago offer. Entire 1st floor 3-room apartment with private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed and possible extra bed. Living room with sofa bed and possible extra bed. Welcome to Skovby old School, beautifully located in scenic area on Vestærø. The apartment, with private entrance, consists of 2 floors: Kitchen and bath are located on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room on the 1st floor. Upon request and agreement, the beds can be single- or double beds. There is both a heat pump and wood-burning stove for the cooler days. Bed linen, a towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

2 minutes from Svendborg Centrum and within walking distance to the beach, the cozy cafes, the harbor, etc. - the apartment is a basement apartment with a private entrance in a quiet property. The apartment has charm and is cozily decorated. Good space and fully equipped with tableware, towels, dishcloths, 2 good beds and sofa bed for 2 people. A nice place for you, who want to stay centrally in Svendborg. Easy access to trains and buses.

Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
