Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Keyifle ve huzurla konakladık. Nurullah bey her ihtiyacımızda hızlıca dönüp çözüm üretti. Ev çok temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Çevresi çok güzel doğa içinde, yürüyüşler yapabileceğiniz, gün batımını izleyebileceğiniz keyifli bir ev ve dekorasyonuna bayıldık ☺️ Hayvan dostu olmaları da çok büyük artı, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz tekrar konaklamayı çok isteriz ☺️

An absolutely gorgeous home, right near the beach! the home and location were a dream. I spent a day exploring nearby mountain towns as well. Eva was so kind, communicative, and helpful in her direction of what to see and do.

Arkadaşlarımız ile konakladığımız bu güzel evde keyifli bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Özlem hanım çok düşünceli biri, sürecin başından sonuna dek ilgisini hiç eksik etmedi. Ev özenle dekore edilmiş, ihtiyacınız olan hersey mevcut. Keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi için hiç düşünmeyin derim. Huzurlu bir ortam, bol doğa yürüyüşü yapabileceğiniz Barbaros köyünden memnun kalacaksınız. Tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz, yeniden görüşmek üzere hoşçakalın.

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, die hauseigenene Taverne bietet authentische griechische Küche, sehr empfehlenswert. Ideal für Reisende, die abseits der Touristenmeile untergebracht sein möchten. Sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Kos :)

Jon is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful, even offering to take us to his kid's doctor when our toddler was not feeling well. Everything in the flat is as described. It's very quiet and peaceful and close to the sea with many playgrounds nearby for the kids. There are also a few cafes, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need including a full kitchen. We found everything very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Mama Mia. Position was fantastic. only 20 steps away along the beach to our favourite restaurant Romvi. The spacious outside terrace was well used with its extensive views. Merete was very friendly and obliging.

Perfect from the first moment! Easy free parking right in front ( but also free down the street) I actually asked if it was for sale it’s that perfect in every way! Basket of fruits and snacks waiting a bottle of great wine in the fridge and other things .. amazing high tech shower!!!!!beyond the regular Airbnb!!! I can’t wait to return!!! So pleasant for morning coffee in the garden .. quiet and peaceful yet a block away some of the best restaurants on the water .. I am now spoiled for future Airbnbs !!

We had a lovely time in this lovely apartment. It has a great veranda with spectacular views and it's within walking distances to nice beaches and 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Our hosts were super friendly and very helpful to ensure we had a nice stay.

Υπέροχο στούντιο με θέα μαγική. Κοιμάσαι και ξυπνάς με το σπάσιμο των κυμάτων στην προκυμαία. Σε απόσταση περπάτημα θα βρεις σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόριο, μπάρ, παραλία, τα πάντα. Γλυκύτατη σπιτονοικοκυρά με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια. Αν με πούνε φίλη ότι θέλουν να πάνε Λέσβο, ανεπιφύλακτα και με πολύ ενθουσιασμό θα πρότεινα και την Πέτρα ός "χωριό" και το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι για να μείνει κανείς. Ευχαριστώ και πάλι, εις το επανιδείν!

Bonjour, Nous avons été ravi de séjourner dans ce logement, l intérieur de la maison est impeccable et agréable à vivre avec ses 2 terrasses. L intérieur est très propre, les draps et serviettes sont très propres également une literie impeccable. Nous avons eu chaud à notre arrivée malgré la Clim cela c est réglé au bout de quelques heures une fois la Clim lancé et le propriétaire nous a fait livrer un ventilateur tout neuf par un magasin. Propriétaire très réactif et à l écoute des ses hôtes. Emplacement du logement très bien placé, accès aux plages, à peine 10 minutes du centre-ville de Kos , à proximité la possibilité de louer des quads ou buggy et des voitures et même des vélos et scooter. Je recommande fortement

La casa è davvero bellissima e mi aspettavo addirittura fosse più piccola (è invece un monolocale grande, con bagno grande); la posizione a sud (quindi ad agosto fa molto caldo rispetto ad altre zone) è comoda per alcune spiagge anche a piedi; in ogni caso con l'auto vai quasi ovunque in 20-30 minuti (le strade sono ottime a khytira). La casa come detto corrisponde alla descrizione ed è pulita e dotata di tutto quanto proposto e di tutto il necessario per un periodo di svago e relax. assolutamente consigliata, senza riserve alcune. torneremo sicuramente!

So when we arrived there had been some confusion on the part of the property managers, on our actual dates and because of this the pool had not been made ready and was unusable unfortunately, luckily the beach is very close so the kids were able to get to the sea, Konstantinos was great about it and dealt with our issue like a pro and In the end all was well

This was a very charming home that fit our group of 5 people perfectly. We were met by the hosts in person upon our arrival. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the home. We were even given homemade spinach and feta pastries! A quick drive from the beach made this the perfect stop on our trip.

Mitten im Olivengarten, abseits der Straße steht das kleine, gemütliche Haus. Es ist einfach, aber hat alles, was man braucht. Der Hund ist anhänglich und ein treuer Besucher. Eier und Kaffee zur Begrüßung, traditionelle türkische Hausmannskost zwischendurch - die herzliche Gastfreundschaft verdient einen zusätzlichen Stern. Ephesos und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar, aber man braucht ein Auto! Unbedingt probieren sollte man den Fleischer in Ataköy direkt an der Hauptstraße. Der Preis für das Haus ist absolut ok! Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird einem sofort geholfen.

Maria mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi :) ev konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde güzel restorantlara ve sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi eşyalar yeniydi. Eve geldiğimizde Maria bizim için bir çok alışveriş yapmış evin klimasını bile açık bırakmıştı:) tüm dolaplar bizim için yiyecek ve içecekler ile doluydu ve hepsi Maria nın hediyesiydi ve bunlar harikaydı.:) Konum olarak temizlik olarak ve eşyalar olarak son derece konforluydu. Leros a gelecekseniz kesinlikle Maria ile görüşmenizi tavsiye ederim. Asla pişman olmazsınız:)
