Per quanto riguarda la climatizzazione in appartamento, posso dirti che la sala cucina/soggiorno è sempre fresca, anche quando le temperature sono molto alte. Nella camera da letto ho installato, e testato personalmente, un ventilatore di ultima generazione, molto potente e altrettanto silenzioso, con 5 pale e 4 velocità per la massima efficienza.
