Vacation rentals with a pool in Adria

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! We were welcomed as family. The apartment is impeccable, with everything you need to make good Italian dishes. We were also able to enjoy the large swimming pool. We were just over an hour by train + car from Venice which we visited. It's beautiful.

It was a great stay in this beautiful apartment. Very easy to reach and the check-in went completely smoothly even at a late hour. The keys could be picked up at a nearby hotel (5 min. by car). Communication with Residence was straightforward, friendly and fast. The apartment is as described, very nice, clean and large, we felt completely comfortable. Even coffee and water for the first morning was provided. The large balcony is great and the pool is well maintained and quiet. The only thing we were missing was a toaster. That might be another idea. Otherwise well equipped, we were also grateful for the air conditioning. The location is nice and quiet, the sea, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Maybe in the future a charging station for electric cars in the complex would be possible, then it would be even more perfect. We would definitely book the apartment again, it was great!

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting from the great communication to a really exceptional apartment with everything you need to a very smooth process of the entire booking. Requests were responded to immediately and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Great service and everything as described. We certainly weren't here the last time and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
