Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

We spent a relaxing week after the tourist season when all the shops and campsites were already closed. The beach was deserted and in one of the few open restaurants we only met Italian guests. That was nice.

Brand new and super-equipped house! Very close to the sea and Cristhoper is a very helpful host.

Tiziana was an impeccable host, communication was very simple and always based on great availability. The cottage is perfect, with everything you need and in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for a family (especially the fenced courtyard and the condominium lawn, my girls loved it). On foot you can reach the sea and the pine forest in a couple of minutes. We will definitely be back!

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

The apartment has been renovated, very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, not far from the beaches of Sottomarina and the historic center of Chioggia. Several bars and supermarkets are nearby. We felt right at home!

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Ilaria hosted us very warmly. She showed us around the house, and gave us some suggestions about the town of Bibione. The house is in excellent condition, very clean, all advertised amenities were present and functional. The village is very quiet, the pool is clean, the environment is also very well maintained. The town of Bibione is nice, lots of tourist shops (:o) but also good restaurants. The public beach (free) is 2 or 3 km away (plan to go by car, but it's very easy to park). There were quite a few people, the sand is fine, and we walked for a very long time (ideal for children). Anyway, it was perfect. Thanks again to Ilaria for hosting us and for her home, we had a great vacation.

good house. 1 hour to venice

There were four of us and we stayed with Lucia and her husband for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable right from the start. The reception was very warm and they were always available to us. The apartment was sparkling clean and exactly as described. We particularly liked (especially at over 30 degrees) the air conditioning, the walking distance to the center and the beach. The pool is also magnificent and invites you to cool off. Excursions to Palmanova, Grado or Aquilea are easy by car or to Trieste - also by train from Latisana. A thousand thanks to the great hosts, we will be happy to come back anytime.

Very nice place to stay with perfect location. A 5-minute walk to the beach. Dog beach a few minutes drive away. Good restaurants, supermarket and bakery around the corner. We and our dogs felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended for families with dog(s)👍❤️. Everything went absolutely smoothly.

We were greeted by Barbara, very helpful, at the SME ferry terminal. We had a really nice stay at Enrico's apartment. Comfortable and very well located, it is equipped with everything you need and has a beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

Our stay at Francesca's was great. We could even check in earlier, which was perfect with a child. Francesca is very attentive. We had fruit and Prosecco in the fridge. The best ice cream shop in Lignano was a 1-minute walk away. The path to the beach was very pleasantly shady. The house is tucked away and it is pleasantly quiet. Perfect for relaxing. The terrace is covered, so we could always sit outside. The parking space in the garden was also pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

Great place for families with kids! It offers enough space and play opportunities for children. Alex was very quickly accessible and accommodating (for example, we needed a fan again, without which we would not have survived at night.. was very warm in August). Thank you again!
