Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Everything has been modernized so city noises from the busier front street do not penetrate. The Grote Markt can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. Apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful monumental complex, Amsterdam School and is the ground floor of our house. There is a full kitchen. A private toilet and bathroom can be found in the hallway.
