Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.
