We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Within walking distance you can reach the newly created recreation area, with swimming lake, games and sports facilities. You can also reach the bus stop to the Therme Erding, S-Bahn station Erding and Munich Airport in a few minutes. The journey to Munich Airport takes 15 minutes by car.

Quiet location on the farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a bit louder due to operated equipment. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest village with a discount store, gas station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, seating and outdoor seating are at your disposal.
