This floor, with its own hallway area have the guests completely to themselves. An apartment where you can feel at home not only as a guest, but also at home. The kitchen & dining area with large 4 window roof to the southeast side and 2 dormer windows to the north side is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hob, extractor, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of dishes and pots. The dining area includes a modern dining area with a large 1.80 dining table and plenty of seating. In addition, there is a lounge in the room – area with flair with a white couch, from which you can also make the chef - watch it very relaxed while eating. Des weiteren bieten alle unsere Apartments einen 32 Zoll TV und Eichenparkettboden. In den Doppelzimmern können die Betten entfernt von einander stehen. Hinweis zum Oktoberfest: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Deshalb beherbergen wir keine Partygruppen. Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
