It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth (a very dog friendly place for visitors with furry friends) and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire.

The Old Middle School Addingham

Addingham is a beautiful well kept, friendly village, Ideally situated for Weddings taking place at Bolton Abbey/Tithe Barn and Priest House/Barden Tower. With excellent amenities it has everything needed for a long or short stay. 3 George Street is recorded as being the original school room situated in the centre of the oldest part of Addingham Village. It has its own designated parking space, entrance to the front of the cottage is accessed via a short non vehicle pedestrian only street.

The Weaver’s Workshop is part of Cuckoo’s Nest Farm a Grade 2 Listed, traditional 18th century Yorkshire farm. A cosy studio apartment in a tranquil setting. Located on Addingham Moorside, between the spa town of Ilkley and the market town of Skipton on the edge of the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. We provide cereal, yogurt, home baked bread, fresh free range eggs, milk and juice for your breakfast as well as tea and ground coffee, if you have any special dietary requirements just let us know.

Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.
