My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

Connie is an amazing host!! Realized that we flew in super early with a toddler, she made sure everything was ready for us with a super early check in. She thought of everything you could need with kids, there was a toddler potty, toys, she provided a nice goody bag for him and some snacks, which was nice after a long flight. Offered us a free zoo visit. She even sat out some slides and play sets for my son. She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Meet her husband and he was super nice. Honestly didn’t even know they were home the whole trip. The beds were super comfy, the house was super clean with everything you could need. We grew up in the area and picked this because of the central location, we will def book again next time we’re back.

This was a clean, well-maintained and spacious property! I booked it for 11 people for my bachelorette party and it fit us all comfortably (could fit up to 13 I think). It had three bedrooms upstairs (one of which had an en suite bathroom), then another full bathroom, and in the renovated basement was a second living room with three bedrooms (one of which had two double bunk beds) and one full bathroom, plus a laundry room. The wifi worked well. When we arrived it was perfectly clean! There was a large backyard with patio & firepit, a small front patio, enough space in the driveway to park two large SUVs. There were a lot of pros and I would highly recommend the house! My 3 nitpicks: No extra blankets/throw blankets & we could not find any cleaning spray or wipes in the home - perhaps they were in the two code secured closets? I could've messaged the hosts for both but instead just picked up a two pack of sponges & Clorox wet wipes. I do wish check-out was 11am but 10 am was fine! :)

Really great place to stay. In walking distance of Coors Field. We had some taller guys in our group and they fit in the bunk beds easily. The crushed ice from the refrigerator was phenomenal. I will keep this place in mind for any future Denver trips. The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with.

This house is precious. We absolutely loved the inside. Amanda was an amazing host. She was super responsive & kind. The neighborhood is in a great location. There were several places for good food. That being said, it is also alittle intimidating but all in all we felt pretty safe most of the time. Great host, great house.

The stay was perfect. Very nice backyard with a beautiful garden in progress. It felt very private and the house was cute. We would love to comeback when we’re in town. Great pick!

Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

We had such an amazing time, were going through some family stuff and illness and this get away was the perfect place and thing to do we had so much fun what am amazing house. We loved it!

Would recommend staying at this Air Bnb. Branden was great, super responsive. It’s in a great part of denver, really close to everything you need. Bed and couch were super comfortable. It’s a cute little apt, and has an awesome amenities. Definitely recommend.

Great communication! Unfortunately the main reason I chose the home was the location and hot tub and the hot tub was not working. Adam communicated and tried his very best to fix the hot tub before I arrived, we were unsuccessful but i do believe he did everything he could to try. I also had trouble working some of the electronics in the home and adam was available to help with that as well.

We had a great stay. Great location, very nice gym and pool area, great restaurants. Only downfall was our coffee machine! Everything else was great!

Great neighborhood and fine house not far from Denver airport. Would stay there again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ryan’s place and it is one of our favorites. He does an amazing job at making his guest feel right at home. The home is very spacious , with a nice kitchen that’s well stocked with spices and cooking supplies and pretty much every kitchen appliance you could ever need on vacation. The living area nice and there is a huge fenced in back yard with grass. My pups had a blast. The host is very responsive and a huge help. Hope we are able to stay with him again in the future

Quiet and comfortable!! We had a great stay!! Had everything we needed!! The outdoor patio space was private and very nice. There are stairs leading to the space but very easy to navigate! Older neighborhood but we felt very safe. Liked having a locked gate into the space. Would stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather 's place. It is a 2 bhk basement apartment just as described in the pictures. Kitchen had ample pots and pans and cutlery. Rooms, bathrooms, living room and dining space were adequately furnished and had everything needed for a great stay. It is one of the few places with 2 bathrooms which was good to have for our family of four for 6 night stay. The stairs outside needed cleaning and Heather got it done when asked. The city closed water for one night due to some street issues but it resumed in morning. It is possible to hear the people living upstairs but didn't wake us up from sleep so it was not bad. Overall a great stay. Very happy to give 5 stars to the host and the place.

I had a fantastic stay with Jackie! The suite has an amazing amount of sunlight and blinds to filter out the light if needed. Very easy to get in and out. Internet was very fast. Quiet and comfy. Wonderful location with quick access to sloan's lake, edgewater public market, and delicious food trucks. The private balcony deck area was very nice. Jackie and her two cats are so sweet and i enjoyed our conversations :) Highly recommend staying with Jackie!

The Airbnb had a great location. We liked the alley parking and access to a garage. The keypad for entry didn’t work, which made check-in stressful and inconvenient. Thankfully the side door was unlocked. The host was responsive and helped us get in. The code given initially was incorrect. They sent us the updated code just before check in. The bathrooms were definitely a plus—clean, well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and clearly cared for. That said, one major issue was the lack of basic kitchen supplies. There were very few utensils, plates/cups and minimal cookware, which made it difficult to prepare family meals. Only one knife…For a listing that advertised a full kitchen. On top of that, there was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest I’m assuming, which made the space feel less clean and cared for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and price

Parking can be a little tricky but overall a good experience. Having a family of 4 sleep there can be a little challenging but we made it work with two small kids. It’s a very nice place! Brandon was always very responsive.
