Monthly Rentals in Adair County

A friend and I were in town for a weekend in Kirksville and this was the perfect spot. Great location and so cute. The space was perfect and had everything we needed. We’ll return the next time we’re in town.

This was our third time staying with Pat and Ginger and we could not have been more satisfied!! The house is always so clean and is plenty spacious for my family and I every year. The neighborhood is peaceful and you feel safe as could be taking a walk with your family. Pat and Ginger both are responsive 24/7 and more than happy to help any way they can each and every time. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect place to get away from the world, yet be close enough to anything you might need. The home was very spacious and clean. Definitely worth your stay.

Willadine’s place was beautiful! We are Truman alumni and just in town to reconnect and explore Kirksville and campus. The house was so peaceful and quiet. It was nice to return home to in the evening. The place was clean and beautiful! Loved the decor and little touches + beautiful art! The beds were comfy and the layout of the house was perfect. (Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house.) We didn’t get to spend any time outside, but it was very quiet and we felt safely tucked away. Would recommend as well as stay here again in the future!
