Just minutes from town but you feel like you are miles away and it is so peaceful & quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our third time staying with Pat and Ginger and we could not have been more satisfied!! The house is always so clean and is plenty spacious for my family and I every year. The neighborhood is peaceful and you feel safe as could be taking a walk with your family. Pat and Ginger both are responsive 24/7 and more than happy to help any way they can each and every time. We look forward to staying again!

Eddie was quick to communicate and answered any questions we had promptly and with a good sense of humor. The house was as pictured and just right for us, everything clean and cozy. We loved the decor in the rooms, too, very fun and especially liked the faith-based messages. I highly recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay!

A friend and I were in town for a weekend in Kirksville and this was the perfect spot. Great location and so cute. The space was perfect and had everything we needed. We’ll return the next time we’re in town.

Nice quiet relaxing location close to town for anything you may need.

This spot was such a peaceful area tucked away in the woods. The space is perfect including a very functional kitchen, a living area to watch movies, 3 season deck great for breakfast and coffee in the morning, as well as a spot to have campfires. Super close to Thousand Hills State Park and Kirksville. Would 100% stay here again!

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in the house. Great location, close to downtown. If it had been warm out we could have walked to downtown.

Short get away for a recharge & my birthday. Peaceful, cozy and beautiful. The cabin, decor & furnishings were beautiful works of art. There was a short hiccup on our arrival. It was a maintenance issue that was beyond their control. They handled it very well, even though it was very stressful. I am sure that this took precedent over their normal cleaning procedures so the four rating is probably not their usual norm. I suspect it’s normally a five rating and they had to attend to this other priority. It was no problem for us. It was generally a very clean. It was a very pleasant place to hang out in.

Bethany is super easy to communicate with which made our stay that much more pleasant. The house itself is really cool and cozy. Lots of small details such as the light fixtures, art work and furniture made us feel right at home.
