The host is extremely accommodating,sweet and approachable. I spent the first time with him and generally in Montenegro and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful people, the beautiful place all the best. I'm a very pleasant owner, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful better than the pictures....clean,tidy, everything you need to use,from the linens, the household appliances, they all have everything.... Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

This was not our first time at Amil & Jenny's place and as before we felt just like home. They contacted us to tell that the apartment was ready before the time and offered to get in earlier if we wanted and so we did. The place is clean with all new furniture, two air conditioners and everything else you might need even for a longer stay. Also i have to mention very fast internet connection. Another great thing is that the beaches are quite close and there is no need for a car if you prefer walking to the beach. And like always our hosts were very nice, responsive and helpful. Amil & Jenny, a big thank you one more time and see you again when we are in Ulcinj.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Rasim is a fantastic host and his apartment in Kruce is a beautiful and relaxing haven, tucked in amongst groves of fruit trees in a quiet rural neighbourhood. A short walk away from crystal blue sea, with nature all around (even a wild tortoise wandering through the olive trees), you'd be hard pressed to find a better value, nature laden retreat, on the Montenegrin coast line.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Great hosting from Vera and her husband. Adorable from the beginning to the end of the stay. Remote accommodation from the national road which is much appreciated. If we have the opportunity to go around again, we will go back without hesitation.

Very nice hosts. A clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. Not far from the beach and the city center. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

Beautiful views of bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. House fully equipped and very clean. Very likeable hostess. Parking at the house (for me) very adventurous, but in the parallel street there is a gravel parking lot where you can park for small money.

This place is incredible would highly recommend staying here (although car is absolutely necessary).

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

One of our favorite spots in Albania very sad we didn’t stay longer! The apartment is so well located and surrounded by nature and has access to the cute bar where the family make homemade pizzas and serve beers. The beach and town are walkable distance. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed and would come again! 😍

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

From the welcome to the farewell, Alen took care of us perfectly and made us feel at home. The accommodation was in the best condition and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was just perfect for exploring the city. Alen was always friendly, helpful and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay. We felt completely comfortable and would book with him again anytime. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Alen definitely helped make our trip memorable.

Nice simple apartment, the best part is the incredible view of the castle and the ocean from the balcony. Only a short 5 minute walk down to a beautiful beach for swimming. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill, but this was not an issue for me. Highly recommend.
