Kuca ima 50m2 unutrasnjeg prostora i 50m2 terase, bastu, natkriveni privatni parking za vise auta i izlaz na reku. U blizini kuce se nalaze glavni asfaltni put, restorani , male prodavnice( 200m), plaza, kite baze, plazni barovi(1,5km)

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

That’s how we do it on our beautiful Ada Bojana, one of the most popular tourist places in Montenegro. Really close to all of the restaurants in area. Beach is 500 meters away just down the road.
