Vacation rentals with a patio in Acropolis

Ett härligt boende på lugn gata men med bara 5 minuters promenad till buss, tåg, tunnelbana och spårvagn. En kort promenad från Plaka, Akropolis och andra sevärdheter. Vi hittade flera bra resturanger, caféer och matbutiker i närområdet. Lägenheten var fin, välstädad och med en underbar utsikt från takterrassen! Ett härligt naturligt ljus från alla fönster i lägenheten på dagen och mörkläggningsgardiner på natten. Motsvarade bilderna i annonsen perfekt. Det finns hiss till tredje våningen och sedan en trappa upp till lägenheten. Mycket bra med tunga resväskor. Errikos var en fantastisk värd. Lyhörd, snabb att svara och mycket vänlig❤️ Vi, två personer stannade i åtta nätter utan problem. Återvänder gärna i framtiden och rekommenderar detta boende till alla. Tack🙏🏼

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Greta location - very central yet a little bit further from all the noise of downtown Athens. Alexander was super helpful.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area. Being a rooftop apartment, I was able to enjoy sitting outside (on both sides, for the sunrise and the sunset), reading, and drinking coffee in the morning and evening. Since you are halfway up Mount Likavettos, you have a view of the entire southeast part of Athens, while on the north side of your apartment you can watch the sun hit the church on top of Likavettos and feel the breeze come through the forest across the street (lots of nice paths to walk, and you can powerwalk around the mountain or walk up to the top for the greatest cardio workout). I really appreciated the little things like paper towels, soaps and shampoo, much toilet paper, and other items that few hosts provide, but Christos provided. (I even had a bag of ice in the freezer!) The shower is the largest I have experienced in Athens (and I used to live in Athens and visit the city 2 or 3 times a year), and the elevator and washer especially welcome.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in allerbester Lage. Leider ist die Straße draußen etwas laut aber mit Ohrstöpsel nachts hört man nichts. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Schönes, kleines Apartment mitten in einem Viertel mit vielen guten Restaurants. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mehrere gute Kaffee Bars innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist das sauberste Airbnb welches ich je hatte! Tolle Dachterrasse und super freundlicher Host. Danke Panos!

This place is perfect if you are staying a couple nights in Athens. Walking distance to all the main locations (Acropolis, plaka, etc.) The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We needed body wash and they brought some as soon as we asked. The apartment is tiny, but it has everything you need if staying only a couple nights, which most do. If you are staying longer maybe reconsider (though you could make it work!). The best part is the rooftop patio with incredible view of the Acropolis. Even better than in the photos. With the outdoor shower we were able to enjoy the patio, sitting in the sun and drinking wine. This really added a lot of value to our stay. I would come back!

Homer & Isabella’s place is wonderful, perfectly located in Koukaki, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment is lovely and well equipped and they are truly wonderful hosts, super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend :) thank you for a great stay.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Description and photos accurate. Very clean and nice. Has washing machine outside and area to hang dry clothing. Loved the outdoor space. Only complaint (which are at no fault of the host) is if you have neighbors in the Airbnb Nextdoor, you may hear them. Only other fyi for other guests is that we had x2 full sized luggage and x2 travel backpacks, and since the space was small it was hard to move around with open luggage, but that is our fault for not thinking about that and wasn’t much of an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Just things to consider! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Host was also kind, and responsive. Apartment is very close to the metro station and only a couple stops away from tourist attractions. Safe, and quiet area. Lots of nice coffee places and a pharmacy around the corner. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Our stay was very short, so it suited us well. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Athènes ! L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre-ville, à deux pas du métro Metaxourghio, tout en étant très calme et paisible. L’appartement est lumineux, très bien décoré, impeccablement propre et parfaitement bien équipé.Tout est pensé pour le confort, y compris le lit très confortable et les volets électriques pour un sommeil reposant. Mention spéciale à Kostis, d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : réactif, attentionné et vraiment soucieux de notre bien-être. On sent que le logement est entretenu avec soin et amour. Je recommande sans hésitation, et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Athènes !
