Absolutely perfect stay. The accommodation is very pleasant and very functional. It has absolutely everything you need and plenty of space and storage. The house is very clean, the pool is large, sunny and very well maintained. Lunch on the shaded terrace is so pleasant. Finally Edoardo is a discreet, caring and always responsive host. It was a real pleasure to spend our vacation in this environment.

Flavio and Valeria were great hosts. The home was exactly as described and being in the heart of Umbria it made for easy visits to many different places. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing such a special place. Jeff and Amy

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!
