Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welcome to our charming, family friendly farmhouse built in 1840. Situated on a hill with unobstructed views of Burgundy, this is the perfect spot for endless relaxation, inspiration and fun moments! Located 2 hours from Paris and in close proximity to many charming villages and medium sized towns. Enjoy activities for all ages such as forest walks, swimming at the nearby lake, wine tasting, hiking, tree climbing etc Boulangery, charcuterie, supermarket and wine bar at 3 km from the house.

Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Le Nid du Chardonneret is conveniently located close to the Étangs de Baye et Vaux (500 m walk) and the Canal du Nivernais. Right near plenty of outdoor activities. View of the lake. Located at the gateway to the Morvan and many tourist attractions (Guédelon Medieval Village, Vézelay, Tannay and Pouilly vineyards, Compierre archaeological site, etc.), this property will make a great base for exploring the region. Perfect for nature lovers! Anglers/hikers… Very quiet.

Quiet village house

In a quiet hamlet, a nice little house for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, typical of the Nièvre region, ideal for relaxing, with hiking and biking opportunities, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Canal du Nivernais, the course of the 16 locks , the ponds of Baye and Vaux, with water activities and swimming. Close to the Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 10 minutes away by car.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
