Our two-tiered approach

A wonderfully bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With In the garden a swimming pool with large sun terrace. In 2024, converted into a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements like a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is at the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. Functional mobile home with all the utensils for cooking Frédéric was lovely and provided us with a barbecue. Remember to bring your charcoal and everything else, salt, pepper, oil, etc. Superb and quiet view in the fields. It went very well Thanks again

if you are into brocante, a nicely decorated little house, super quiet, crisp clean sheets and a well equipped kitchen. Helga is a very friendly host. We had a great stay.

Lovely place - very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and places to relax. Yves and Christine are always available to help if needed but also respect guest privacy. Great bike rides in the area and Clamecy is a sweet town; also recommend Dijon and Auxerre for visiting.

The stay is a converted shipping container but feels like a luxury new bungalow. Everything was new, good facilities. Very nice experience, and the cottage is located in a beautiful place: green, private and on an idyllic canal with locks. At our new French house, we also want such a cottage!

The setting is just perfect for people like us who are looking for calm, tranquility, rest. The chalet and its grounds are pleasant to live in. The place is wild, you can hear animals in the area, the essentials are there for me. We enjoyed the water sports and walks offered by this beautiful region of Morvan. We stayed one night at this lovely tiny house with our dog, and everything was perfect. We arrived when we wanted, in this lovely and peaceful place with unbeatable value for money. We recommend 100%.

The house is very charming with a beautiful view of the meadows and the canal from where you can see the boats in the distance. The ponds (Baye, Montapas, Merle) offer real relaxing spots in summer. The kitchen is well equipped, the three bedrooms are nice and quiet. The bar next door is a plus for the bustle of the village. The walk-in shower is very convenient and large. I would recommend this property and would happily return.

Rural cottage with a large garden.

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind! The house is simple but charming and equipped with every comfort. We enjoyed the large garden full of fruit trees and the beautiful view. Inside, it is cozy and attractively decorated, with nice places to read and eat together, and outside there are several seats in the sun and shade. The room with the large table under the balcony stays wonderfully cool even on hot days. The area is great if you like hiking, biking and nature. The canal and river are within walking distance, and the cafe-restaurant in the village was a nice surprise. Mathilde was very friendly and clear in communication. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, and check in and out went very smoothly via the lockbox. In short: an ideal place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, silence and the French countryside. We will definitely come back!
