The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

One to two person apartment

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Everything is possible here for walking and relaxing. It is only 5 km to the A96 ramp. There is also an Edeka and a fast-charging station for electric cars there. The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
